Hotel Pabela

Their accommodation was just fine, staff personnel was just awesome, ready to help with my questions

I would like to recommend have an elevators since I did stay on 4th floor and I had to take all me belongings taking up stairs other than that my stay was very nice.

I like the hotel for sure I will came back to PABELA next time I came To Ocotlan.

The toilet seat move when you seat on it, but when I left the hotel, I report this to the desk.And the door of the shower was not sealing property and the spigot of shower send the water in all directions so water was getting out of the shower room, minor tings I will came back to this hotel.

The breakfast was very nice and affordable. We enjoyed it both times we visited it.

No complaints for the restaurant except that it was not open for dinner the days we stayed there.

Breakfast was really good and the price was fair. The service was very slow, but they were very nice.

There was no elevator. But it wasn't too bad because our room was right on the second next to the stairs. The windows facing the hallway made the rooms seem odd. The windows facing the street were small and odd also. Not a lot of natural light can get through.

Description of room.We booked 2 rooms. Niece from 2nd room stayed in our room due to strong odor inside her room both nights. Only window in room led to the hallway. No ventilation. Niece was not reimbursed due to having booked through Booking.com and not hotel directly. Our room roller shade appears not to have been pulled down possibly in years. Could see shadows of people walking by outside against our room. No hangers, No iron. TV extremely small.Room had AC split ran okay.

Very good value for price. Very clean, close to Plaza. My 3rd stay.

Very clean, air conditioning huge plus, quiet. Day staff was amazing answered all my questions.

No elevator and had some trouble with the overly heated water. Night staff was a bit rude but nothing to crazy, could practice on greeting people and smile once in a while.

The bed and room were clean & comfortable.There was always a receptionist at the front desk so you could enter and leave whenever you please.The noise from outside does not penetrate within the rooms.

The corridors are quite echoing, so whenever a door closes it’s quite a bang.Some carpets might mitigate the echoing.

nothing on their description disclosed that they did not have an elevator. I have an elderly mother that struggles with stairs. had I known this I would have booked here. Also, there were thousands of mosquitoes both in the lobby and worse going up the stairs. I would not stay here again.

Great location, close to everything and the small little restaurant downstairs has good service and delicious cafe de la olla

very outdated, not clean, terrible odor in the bathroom, bathroom was full of mold everywhere and the lobby was full of mosquitoes which is to be expected in Mexico but they don’t treat or do anything about it. first night we saw someone killing mosquitoes but then they were left on the floor for days. No one would clean it. Going upstairs is a challenge because you’re faced by a cloud of mosquitoes.

Beds are too hard... i woke up all sore... front desk at night the guy is too despot... you talk to him and he does not answer just give you looks

It's 1:30 am and the damn noise from club across the street is horrible. Never again. No warning or options. Not even ear plugs work!!@@@@ its karaoke and just basically yelling!!@@

Great central location. Its 3 blocks from the plaza and close to various food shops. Staff is friendly and helpful. They lock the main entrance after a certain time which made me feel safe.

No safe to put valuables.
