Shitty wifi

Love the location it was a little expensive for what it was at $70. I feel but it is high season.

It was an ok room very basic good a/c

OhBio is a great little breakfast and lunch restaurant right in the hotel. Great staff and food. Pool area is great! Location location location!!

No seating area in the room which was large.

Location is great.

I reserved 6 rooms some were decent others weren't one had a broken toilet.

How early in the morning they had work people there banging on stuff working.

The location was perfect. The price was good. The staff changed my room because it was facing a bar. I enjoyed my stay overall.

Hot water was working about half the time. Upkeep of facilities needs to improve.

Elevator pool close to everything

The location of this hotel is excellent. It doesn't have a great view but it is on a walkable street with no through traffic. Your taxi can pull up to the front for loading and unloading but that's it. The pool is terrific and very scenic with the mural on one side.The staff were excellent and very helpful, and housekeeping did a good daily cleaning. Do not expect them to speak English. You're in Mexico - either speak Spanish or use a translation app.The rooms are nicer than expected, especially for the price. The beds are firm and comfortable, and the air conditioners work well. Most rooms have a balcony either overlooking the pool or the street.

The wifi is weak to non-existent. A few of the rooms are a bit rough.Don't expect hot water. Cool to tepid is the norm.

Wifi was spotty. Water wasn't hot.. One guest said he had no water in his shower, so he washed in the pool.. Yikes!,

The hotel is amazing everything is near by there is endless restaurants to eat near by bars stores the pier the vans to go to the beaches

I found two roaches killed them so i tried not to bring food to the hotel and make the situation worse

The location is perfect, very close from the beach,the staff were very helpful. We had some problems with our car and they found a good mechanic for us.?Thank you so much.

The water is cold, I love hot water ?

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Also, we liked that there were a variety of food spots in walking distance of the hotel.

The bed was very uncomfortable and we weren’t able to fully enjoy our sleep due to the stiffness of the mattress.

Very noisy at night

The location was great, close to the beach, restaurants, lovely walking opportunities. Lovely firm bed, air conditioning worked great. Staff was very friendly.

NO HOT WATER. We had to go get our own toilet paper at the desk, no soap for the cold shower. A bit noisy at night but earplugs blunted it.

Excellent location close to restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Restaurant in hotel for breakfast.

Paid more for "extra large bed" got a standard room with 2 double beds.WiFi was terrible, worked intermittently.Cockroachs in the room each night. Quite noisy street outside, very little soundproofing. Fridge in room that didn't work. TV with no channels and too slow to connect to Netflix.
