The slides swimming pool
The food was bad, there are no dinner restaurants, only twi buffets and they have the same menu.
I like the different restaurants that are and the attention to detail that the personal had was excellent. Services room was perfect, and bar mans were greats with the service.
The location of the entrance was confused, Valet parking was not very well, I was specting the personal take my car to put in a special garage. The bathroom was dirty the first time.
The kids pool and swim bar pool
They don’t have corona beer
Family oriented Great waterpark Food available at all times for the kids Great food Great poolsBreathtaking sunsets with view of the island Great drinks
It could’ve been cleaner The beach wasn’t the best (a lot of seaweed or debris from the manglar) The staff wasn’t the friendliest (not everyone) The hotel is starting to look run down I saw one of the chefs, picking away from the salad (already served in the buffet) with his bare hands to taste the cheese (maybe this is a chef thing?) but it was gross
the pools, the spaces, very clean and well kept
the. each location was not the best
Everything was clean the staff was very good
The beach was not very nice but the pools were great
Is a big resort is ok location nice view some of the food are good ? ok shows the ceviche at the pool was great ? ? fish ? onion lemon ? habanero Chile was one of the most delicious ?
First day I have to pay extra because I have a child I say ok plus early check plus extra room better view. They give me a room but some people are on the same room I have to go back. I get another room but room was not so clean ? for what a pay I expect little more extra love.. many place at the resort have no air conditioner rules ridiculous.. my experience at this resort was not what I expected I'm not sure going back to this resort again
Proximity to beach and Ixtapa island, pools access and room views, room cleanliness
Food was very poor this time, very repetitive, limited selections, steak house was not good, facilities and pool decks ar3 not being maintained, cracks and loose stucco, pool fountains not working, recreational and games tables were not maintained, ripped cloth on pool tables, broken fooseball handles
location, pools, beach, island
food, everything is old
The kids water park
The pool time was cut off at 6pm we wish it would of been atleast a hour longer
The staff everywhere in the resort was friendly. The outdoor facilities: pools, beach, etc. were all very nice. There were multiple buffet restaurants with staggered times, so never crowded.
Buffet food was just "good". Pretty much the same items at breakfast every day. Lunch an dinners also just "good", with few spicy or even flavorful dishes. Chafing dishes were more like a chow line.
Everything was so awesome, nothing was there which we can say was bad, everything was just perfect and very well managed, starting from the room comfort, bathroom, beds, cleanliness, ocean view, AC, bathtub, Pools, Foods, events , everything was so awesome and planned, Thanks to the management and I am surely going to Return
overall the hotel is nice, clean and has almost everything
needs more elevators and staff, and more importantly a business center and good internet
The bed
The hotelIs rated as a 5 star hotel and to me it is a 2 star, very expensive for what it is ?
The hotel is spacious and located between two of the best beaches in Ixtapa: playa linda and playa quieta. The property and hotel rooms were beautiful . The best part of this hotel are the people that work here. They really treat you like family. They went out of their way to make sure I received anything I requested. We stayed for 16 day and never had any stomach or health issues. I give many thanks to the entire staff for making it a memorable vacation.
the outskirts of the property smell like raw sewage.
we loved the food and the pool area as there was enough space for all and was really clean. staff at the restaurant area were so kind and helpful. our room was comfortable with a great view to the ocean so we could relax
sadly when we arrived the receptionist that’s did our check in was blaming us for not having information that the hotel did not provide ? instead of helping to find a solution so that was a bad impression. there were some night show’s announced but during our stay nothing happened and we really wanted to go.
The staff is amazing and very attentive. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Food options are abundant. Specialty restaurants are delicious. Kids pool area is a winner!
Our room location was horrible! 1104 to be exact...it sits literally right below the area in which nightly entertainment takes place (music, karaoke, shows). The entertainment runs 9pm-1145pm. The sound is obnoxiously loud and all funneled sounds feel like there's dancing horses stomping above. I have 2 toddlers so needless to say it was a challenge for them to fall asleep (as well as the adults). Some other small nuisances...when the toilet flushes it sounds like a screaming child...the sink drain runs SLOW. No room service and u really can't sneak a snack back from the restaurants. Although balcony is large they only provide 2 chairs and no table so as a family we were never able to all sit outside together and enjoy the sunset.
the food was pretty good.
I didn’t like the fact that they charged me for a balcony $500 pesos per night when it was included already in my price over $30,000 pesos. I talked to someone higher than the check-in staff and was told that balconies are included in the price after I have already paid over $2000 pesos extra and was not given a refund. I will be sticking with the Grand azul ixtapa much better. won’t be coming back here !
