Pros +
- The hotel is simple and of value. Don't expect much. The rooftop restaurant is a definite plus with a beautiful view and decent food.
- Close to Reforma and Polanco. Great dining room on the 10th floor with amazing views. Decent food, good menu and good staff. Clean and simple.
- The staff was great, very friendly and knowledgable. Always willing to help.
Cons -
- Maintenance items are not taken care of right away. I've stayed here four times and still some of the same items that need to be to be repaired are still broken.
- Not the cleanest room, gym not that great no pool
- The rooms are so dark and small... Not cozy at all

The staff had their best intentions, but the delivery wasnt the best. Front desk specially. We have a 3 months old baby, and the staff at the restaurant (10th floor) was awesome.
