Hotel was in a sketchy area, parking lot was occupied by what appeared to be a drug dealer who repeatedly tried get inside the locked back door as guests were entering or leaving. Hotel did not appear to be in a safe area, was not monitored with security.

Breakfast was the best hotel buffet I'd had in years. Hot food-delicious and fresh. The room was clean and comfortable, loved the shampoo. We experienced a tornado warning during our stay and the staff was amazing. We felt safe and well taken care of.

Staff was friendly. We stayed for a week. Hotel employee was by far the most friendly, cheerful, customer service oriented person who made a point of acknowledging us every shift she worked when she saw us. And she worked 2 shifts a day the majority of our stay.
