Balcony, spacious room, cleanliness, breakfast, lovely staff.

Location was perfect and the terrazza for breakfast

The location is good but a third floor room was noisy due to traffic. The room was large but layout of the room was not good. The air conditioner in the room was above the bed and we didn’t use it because the air was directed to the bed and uncomfortable. There were no luggage stands so we had to bend down to get anything. And the most annoying thing was the breakfast. It was a minimal buffet with few choices. For the price of the room we expected a much better breakfast.Finally in order to get to the breakfast/cocktail lounge it was necessary to go down to the ground floor and then walking up to breakfast room. Being a little restricted in mobility, I found this to be inconvenient.On the other hand, staff were cordial and helpful.

You get what you pay for. The location is excellent and the hotel fits into the spirit of this neighborhood of Mexico City.

No expresso coffee! (but there are plenty of cafés around that carry it.

I love staying at Círculo Condesa, the people at the hotel were very attentive and the guy at breakfast time was super nice, I forgot his name but I really liked the way he cared, bed was ridiculously comfy, bathroom and specially the shower was big at least in the room we stayed, everything was clean and the area was very nice and quite

Perfect functional hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Ideal for our one night in Mexico City before traveling to another region. We traveled with our baby and the hotel met all our needs, plus delicious breakfast!

The location was fabulous. The staff was responsive when asked for assistance.

I did not care for the breakfast and went out every day after the first one.

Location is perfect! Also the rooms are big and nice, ours even had a little balcony.

Breakfast is poor and it's served in the exterior. I imagine that in the summer it's nice and pleasant, but I was there in the winter and at 8am it was 11 degrees - really cold! The quality of the food served needs improvement, there's only a few options - no fresh bread nor cheese for e.g - and they only start serving it at 8 or 8.30 (depending on the day), which is not ideal for early birds tourists like ourselves. On top of that, the most surprising thing happened. When you check out, they send someone to your room to see if you have damaged anything and only then you're released to go. I was appalled. Never ever in any hotel around the world has this happened to me ..

It was great because the kids had all types of choices for breakfast. Location felt secured and room suites were lovely.

The Staff were just great, so helpful, always in good spirits. The breakfast was excellent, very healthy and the breakfast staff always very attentive.

There was a little noise when a market was being set up early but it was not a problem, in fact we found it interesting.

Great location near Parque Mexico, tree lined streets, many restaurants and cafes. Modern hotel, 7 floors, well appointed room, large bathroom, nice balcony. Breakfast included although we preferred to eat in the many cafes nearby.

The hotel was in a good location at a reasonable price Room itself was very comfortable.

The room had discernible street noise tho earplugs were provided. I could not stream World Series to TV as it did not all ow streaming fro IOS devices.

Excellent location, within walking distance to many attractions. In a nice, green area. Close to many restaurants and parks. The room was large, bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It felt like a very safe location, and the 24 hour security added a feeling of protection.

A bit noisy all the doors slam and echo in the corridors. Some road noise as well.

A lot of noise comes from the street at night, can't be helped. Breakfast isn't good, would recommend reprising to a caf

The staff were so eager to please and we had no issues at all. They were apologetic that sometimes their english was limited but we were still able to communicate.

Better coffee..maybe an expresso maker?
