This hotel does not have AC. You have to keep your windows open to get a little cooling. However, you have to hear your neighbors defecate, cough etc. Someone on the staff stole a tequila bottle from me. I left as soon as possible.

The hotel was clean and the cleaning staff did a good job. My shower started to dripping one morning and they fixed it the same day without me even asking. The neighborhood was quiet and very pleasant. Close to parks and cafés.

Great location and secure. Basic room and facilities appropriate for a short stay.

The bed is large and comfortable. The building was quiet and the neighbourhood pleasant. We liked that it was easy to walk to the Metro and Chapultepec park.

Bedside lights would be helpful, as the lights over the bed are bright and harsh. Although the room is a good size, it didn’t feel comfortable to hang out in because the windows face an interior light shaft. This means that other rooms face yours, so it doesn’t feel private, and it’s a bit dark.

It’s in a very good spot in the city, very secure

I appreciated the 24h front desk with attentive staff, who kindly offered to let us store our bags for 10 hours after check-out before our flight. The room was reasonably comfortable for the price, with a TV that could be connected to Netflix, a mini kitchen (including fridge, microwave, and stove), and a comfortable queen bed. Location was awesome and I really appreciated the secure entrance.

The shower did not drain well. One night, we did not have hot water in the shower (though this resolved by the morning). No fan in the bathroom. We had some wifi router difficulties and had to connect to a neighbouring room's wifi (same password so it was not an issue).

Location is great. Blocks away from Parque España and Bosque de Chapultepec.

Dark rooms, had to go over people at front desk to get in/ get out through building door.

It was very clean, and the location was terrific.

There were no vents for heat or air conditioning and in November, it was freezing at night. I had to wear socks and long sleeves just to go to sleep.

Its in a really good location in the Condesa district just a block away from the Lardo cafe. Its very quiet which I like and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.

Elevator is slow.

The location, it felt safe, linens abs towels were clean.

Moldy stains in room, no control over temperature, noise from other guests due to having to have the window open and the courtyard amplified sound, hard creaky bed, no hair dryer and the elevator was broken.

Price and location was nice but far from some places. The room was cleaned daily but without asking and touching your stuff, moving them around

Elevator didn't work at all, staff was not nice at all, the bathroom was really small the refrigerator sounded all night, the bed was squeaky, the Roku TV didn't work properly sometimes. The door between main room and the rest of the room didn't work

The bed is comfortable, and the suite has everything you need. Great shower pressure!

While the staff is great, the elevator broke down. I was on floor 6, 7 floors up the stairs. The elevator wouldn't be fixed until Monday. I switched rooms to floor 5. That's six floors up.

The location is great, as it is easily accessible from the metro stations and is just meters away from all the restaurant options that the "Condesa" has to offer. The price is superb for the conditions of the place!

The hotel didn't have a hairdryer

I’ve stayed there before, perfect location and very clean and quiet rooms, nice and helpful staff. ❤️

Location is great. Restaurants, Cafe, Walmart... Things you need are walkable.

Room was always humid. But it was clean.

The location was excellent. It was scenic and it was close to a lot of restaurants and attractions.

It wasn’t much of a problem since the weather was very nice, but it’s worth noting that there’s no AC. We slept with the windows open and it was just fine.
