Pros +
- Location, facilities and staff, specially the manager and Mr. Roberto, the security person. Perfect for families and any one that goes to Mexico City for work. Best location possible.
- Staff we're very friendly. Location was pretty good. 10min walk to main streets.
- Walkable to Chapultepec Park, Anthropology Museum and National Auditorium. Comfortable beds, complimentary use of bicycles, and very welcoming and friendly staff.
Cons -
- Cleanness can improve a little bit and some maintenance of bathroom pipes.
- The walls are extremely thin. People partying until late at night. Sounds like they're in the room with you. Definitely need to take ear plugs. People in the above apartments walking around until 3 to 5am in the morning.
- They did not notify that the elevator was not working and did not help to take to the room the bags. Also, taking the stairs all days.

LOCATION IS AMAZING.. AND THE OLD MAN ( I DONT REMEMBER THE NAME) WORKING AT THE FRONT DOOR, THE ONE WHO WAS BIT YOUNGER NOT SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL
we stayed there first time 4 days second time 3 days and third time 1 night only.. because we were based in Polanco but moving and did different trips to Tijuana first and Cancun after, honestly the staff is not so friendly the look only to charge, i had no car but one day my brother in law gave me his car for a few hours so i went in hotel and i said sorry can i park the car in your parking is just for a couple of hourse (at the end was only 1 h) and they charged me for the full night, we were with the small kid and we asked another day to please enter inside with the car as was easier for us to download everything and they said ah you need to pay, i said is just for 5 min and they let me, on sunday they dont do the room, but when it was our check out day (sunday) and we asked to have late check out they told us is not possible.. honestly a nice place but the staff not so helpfull, i dont think i will go back another time there

Service, the facilities top quality! The kitchen washer dryer coffee machines and very clean! Super helpful staff !
Awesome location and lots of room. Felt very safe. Friendly security guards. Great internet.
Toilet had pee when we arrived and the shower drain had hair. Drinking glasses and coffee mugs were dirty. Couch had a broken leg. No way to lock the patio door, but we were 2 floors up so I guess that's ok. The gym equipment was dangerously run down.
Only the location and staff
Gym does not work. Bed are VERY uncomfortable. Pillows were horrible. Place was not properly clean.
The location.
Not well designed for cross breeze and hence the apartment was too warm with no ac even for Mexico City where it gets cool at night. Also there was construction going on which was not mentioned when renting. This was next door and the noise was so loud you could not rest or hear a conversation. Also the timings listed were not followed. I complained twice about the noise going beyond the times listed but the front desk was slow to act. It was let us check and let me call the owners and we have no authority to tell them to stop. Very poor response. Very unfair to not mention this construction work before hand. We would certainly have gone elsewhere.

Safe neighborhood, 24/7 security guard at property, clean with most modern amenities. Coffee, breakfast available on weekdays.
No dishwasher

The location: 619 Lamartine is a short walk to the Museo Nacional de Antropología. Perfect for an early morning start on a Sunday! The morning security guard was really nice too.
No complimentary bottle of water in our apartment when we arrived after 2 pm on a Saturday and reception was closed until Monday morning. The bath towels were a bit threadbare and the shower over the deep tub was tricky to enter and exit.
Great location, walking distance to museum and restaurants in Polanco. Friendly staff. Easy to get Uber or taxi to other city sights
Location.
I recently stayed at the serviced apartment LaMartine 619 and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations in terms of price and value; nor should this establishment be considered a hotel as it does not fit the requirement of one. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by an unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom and laundry closet, which was far from welcoming. The towels provided were stained, prompting us to purchase our own for personal use, including towels for hands, hair, and body. The bathroom facilities were also subpar, with barely any hot water and minimal water pressure. It took management three weeks to address these issues, which was quite frustrating.Accessing our apartment with the card keys was another source of headaches, as the cards required frequent changes, every other day it seemed. While the staff, security guards, and housekeepers were friendly, the cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. The housekeeping was not hygienic, and unless we specifically requested it, the sheets were not changed. Additionally, they often forgot to restock essential items like kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, coffee, and espresso capsules. We stayed at the apartment for a month, and the experience was disappointing enough for me to decide not to return. The furniture is in dire need of replacement, and the constant construction work above us, along with the sound of drilling, was incredibly disruptive. Lastly, the WiFi connection was extremely unstable, making it nearly impossible to work from the apartment.Great location but in summary, my stay was marred by various inconveniences, and I would not recommend this serviced apartment given the issues we encountered.
Location is good. Close to park and secure.
Facilities for hotel and rooms inside are totally worn out. Bad value for the money. Showers not working. Smell from bathroom. Wardrobes door not working well. Internet WiFi hardly working. Gym is a joke. Pic from landlord misleading.
