Besides the breakfast is poor, You can buy thinks nearby to prepare your own breakfast at the room.It is very complete and full of appliances. The location is great.

From the Hotel itself not having a nice place to have breakfast is a problem. But in the corner You have a great place to have an excellent and quick breakfast!

Great location, attentive staff, Clean, comfortable beds and spacious.

It was a bit loud sometimes but it is the city so you cannot avoid that.

Good location, nice and spacious bathroom. Bed was comfy and the room in general was nicely decorated and spacious enough. Staff was friendly, but spoke hardly any English.

WiFi was weak, felt a bit cramped in the room and no breakfast at all. The room itself was fine but could use some better maintenance.

The security guard was friendly

The keys to the door didnt work on 3 occasions, which led to us waiting for one hour to get access to our appartment. The appartment was not cleaned properly and the AC didnt work well. They did not change our sheets or towels in our 4 night stay.

Hotel said to offer a cleaning service for long stay over 10 days. We stayed 13 days but no cleaning service was provided.

Location and proximity to Chapultepec park was perfect. Availability of a variety of restaurants and street food was excellent as well.

Beautiful room, well equiped with kitchenette. The bed was very nice and comfy. Shower was great and the toiletries were nice too. We enjoyed our stay and is very close to little restaurants, transport and attractions. Totally coming back in our next visit!

The shower can flood a bit if you open the shower too much and take a long shower but nothing to worry about. We wanted to make coffee but we didn’t have a kettle.

It had great A/C and very close to Chapultapec park entrance. Kitchen was great. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Great security.

Sizeable unit generally very clean and very comfy with good amenities.

Two swipe cards per room for convenient access should be standard...we had to ask for an extra one. Also, some sticky marks on the floor in the bedroom through to the on suite need to be cleaned up. Has major issues with both safes not functioning properly in both our apartment and also our friends apartment which was very concerning and took some time to have remedied...this needs serious attention.

The location is great.

We had difficulties with getting proper amount of towers, bedsheets when we said we are 3 coming still we had 2 of everything only. The wifi was bad. The last day we left our language there after check out so we can still see the city. When we were back to collect the bags no one was there to open it for us and we had to leave in like 10 minutes to catch our flight. We also didn`t get any proof or such that our luggage is stored so I suggest you start putting on some tickets and give it to the people and also clarify when the bags can be collected and just because someone having lunch this is not acceptable we couldn't. With a few phone calls someone arrived with keys thankfully...

Location (very close to restaurants, tourist area); 24h mini market 50m far (very good); room size with kitchen.

There is no one to solve minor issues at night (only security officer): room card was not working just after check-in at 11:30pm (needed to wait 1h for assistance); lack of towel and security box was closed, needed to wait until 9am. Note: all security officers were very kind and supportive. I would also say that room cleaning was not good, should be better.

There was no breakfast available there. But the suite /apartment was spacious and clean and the kitchen was outfitted pretty well.

The bathrooms were not really handicapped accessible. There was a step up into the bathrooms and no grab bars by the toilets. And no shower seat or hand held shower hose. I use a wheelchair and a walker and had to sit on my walker inside the shower to take a shower.The kitchen needs some smaller sizes of pots and a lid for the frying pan and some smaller bowls would be good.

Well located. Close to castillo de Chapultepec. Rooms and bathrooms are updated and clean. Staff was helpfull. The size of the apartments was perfect for what we needed.

Light bleed from unit across Light well. Confused clearing schedule. Lacked trash bins on arrival. No in house phone. Kitchen not well equipped.

The rooms are pretty big and clean. Good location, close to Chapultepec perfect for morning walks! The room had everything.

The street the hotel is on is like behind another building and not as clean as the main street. But is an incredible location!
