Breakfast was very good, as well as service and staff were exceptional. Great location and bed was very comfortable. Easy check in process too.

Breakfast service could use some more help to speed up the service. More local and sport channels available. Carrying your luggage up and down the stairs was a bit challenging and can be dangerous, facility should look into some easier way for visitors to either carry their luggage up to their rooms as well as down the stairs so someone does not get injuried.

The people/ staff were helpful, friendly and supported us with questions and arrangements we needed.The common area is well kept and beautiful.Location was also very nice.The house and the rooms are clean and well kept.The patios are pelasant to be sitting there in the morning for coffee.Loved their “ cafe de olla” and their pastriee.

I dont think breakfasts are Michelin Star quality.Bedroom didnt have any windows. The only window led to a hallway. We couldn’t wait to get out of the bedroom and it was a shame as i love staying in hotel rooms when i want ro resr. This one, i needed to get out asap as it felt like trapped in a dark box

The location was great. Close to restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood.The property itself was pretty.The public areas were very attractive.

The rooms were not so spacious. We had to ask to change our room because there were no closets or any storage for our clothes and belongings.Compared to the price the rooms were not worth it.There were no facilities like a restaurant.

I found spires and the noise of construction was horrible

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel has lots of character and is situated in a quiet location near to the upmarket stores in Polanco. The breakfast choices were really good!

A separate shower rather than an 'in bath' shower would have been better for us.

The breakfast was amazing and included with our stay freshly made every morning. Tea, coffee and snacks were available 24 hours. Someone was at the property after hours as well and we were very well looked after. amazing hotel and the nicest people who run it. They organized transport for us to the airport and my wife forgot her phone in the car, I called the hotel and they got the driver to bring it back to us at the airport. Also we travelled with our 5 month old baby as first time parents, we were made to feel at home by the lovely people at Pug Seal.

The attention to detail was incredible. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and homemade. All throughout the day there were snacks and refreshments in the lobby. The location was perfect as it was walking distance to the main street with shopping as well as some of the best restaurants in the city. The bartender was amazing as were his drinks! We also had a massage to top off the experience!

Location is perfect. The staff excellent I upgraded to a suite. It is enormous. More like a large apartment. I really love the hotel. 5 Stars for sure. I am a very picky traveler and my stay was perfect.

Beautiful house turned into a super comfortable and fantastically located B&B boutique hotel! Breakfast was delicious and all the little details made the stay super special

It just doesn’t work for someone going to Mexico for work. The hot water didn’t function properly, I had to turn on the hot water of the shower 7-10 minutes before actually getting it hot. No iron at the room. The breakfast was nice but very slow.

Nice quiet location, just off the main street in Polanco with lots of high end shops and restaurants. Very safe neighbourhood and great for a morning run. Room was fine, nothing special but clean and tidy and hot drinks and free filtered water just outside. The building is charming like an old small mansion. No external noise from the room. Highlight was the cooked breakfasts which were excellent. 24 hour check in available. Very comfortable bedding.

The aircon was quite noisy and we couldn't adjust it, so we had a stream of air blowing into us in bed.
