Pros +
- The staff was very accommodating and helpful with all of our requests.
- honestly, there¿s not one thing that i liked. my entire experience there was awful. the hotel was one of the worst places i have stayed in mexico city. it was super uncomfortable and the hotel didn¿t even have clean towels on the last night i stayed the
- Beautifully designed hotel in an excellent location. Great customer service - we arrived early but our room was already ready so the receptionist kindly allowed us to check-in early.
Cons -
- The rooms are very small and some of the lamps, and shower heads did not work. Additionally, the rooms do not have AC for a 4-star or even 3-star hotel this is not acceptable.
- the hotel was too hot to be comfortable. no windows so on top of that it was super stuffy. there were no fans provided to guests to alleviate the discomfort. i feel robbed for what i paid to stay there. i will never book here again.
- The shower pressure / temperature kept changing but not a massive issue

The stuff is really welcoming, nice and super helpful. The customer service is amazing here. The room was clean with comfortable beds. It was quiet to sleep here. The location is very convenient, situated next to a beautiful park with lots of cafes and restaurants around, all walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Good service and location
Hotel had a strong sewer smell, small room with NO AC, no ventilation and very humid. The shower wasn’t regulated, water was or extra cold or extra hot.
Amazing location, great staff, my room was dublex which made it hard with a luggage. The design was nice and different.
Dublex property hard for luggage. There was no window in the bedroom
The staff was really incredible with me, very nice, very attentive
The room was nice and spacious, but it's mostly the staff
Great location, clean and friendly staff
Some of the decor is risqué not children friendly.
I liked the stay overall, it was unique decor and I felt comfortable/safe. Overall the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
The coffee wasn't good, it was usually very weak and wasn't ready early in the morning. When a I stayed at the other Parque Mexico years ago I think a breakfast plate was included. We still dined at the other PM hotel once and it was excellent. A small continental breakfast would have been nice, though I might just be a cheapskate, there were a lot of options close by 8:00am.
Well located in Roma Norte. Close to a lot of coffee shops and restaurants.
We got a room right next to the street. It was very noisy in the morning and before going to bed.
The property was clean and the staff very friendly
Bathroom need a renovation
Location and friendly staff
I was feeling claustrophobic at times, there was very little ventilation
Location was great and great staff very helpful and friendly
Double Delux room was not as it was photographed so we were shocked how small the room was However , when we complained the management were very understanding and did compensate our x2 night stay and also paid a taxi for our onward journey , so we were very happy in the end ,
The staff was very helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations, spacious and extremely comfortable. The hotel has a great location in Condesa, with plenty of food options just a few steps away. It’s also very close to Parque México, which is a lovely place to spend an afternoon enjoying churros and hot chocolate.
It would be great to add a clearer sign indicating where the hotel entrance is. At night, especially if you arrive late from the airport, the area is quite dark, and since the entrance is partially hidden behind a tree, it can be difficult to spot and a bit confusing to know where to go in.

Contessa area is very walkable.
Weird hotel. Photos make it look much nicer. Our room had 2 bedrooms, 3 tiny bathrooms, 2 dining tables……no windows. Hotel has strange, naked photos of women on the walls. It was clean though. On our 2nd night they would not replenish our drinking water.
Location was good. Staff tried to make it a comfortable stay but the hotel is old.
It’s a walk up no lift so could be an issue for some guests. There is no hot water, it’s warm at best and you have to wait at least half an hour to even get lukewarm water and be able to shower. It was November when we went so Mexico City is cold and the least you would want is a hot shower! There’s also no temperature control anything in the rooms so we were freezing at night and windows were drafty. Must be equally boiling hot in summer I’m guessing.
Location is good and the price.
No hot water, room was noisy you can hear a metal door open and close all day and night. The room was not detailed cleaned. I would rather pay more to have a better experience.
Interesting decor. Comfortable room.
There was a load scraping noise that continued every few minutes all afternoon and night into the next morning. Kept me awake. No idea what it was.
I liked that it was clean and had a good location. The hotel felt empty as there were not a lot of people lodging.
We stayed in the third floor. There is no elevator so that was uncomfortable. We did not have a mini fridge in the room. When we asked if we could get one for the room, they said that all rooms have one except ours. I asked if we could get one and they said no. Not having a mini fridge was a bit of a pain but we managed.
