Location.

Room Oaxaca: in the restroom the electrical plug wasn¿t attached to wall (I could see the wires and I was afraid to use it). The breakfast is served on a restaurant next to the hotel and they open after 8 (which is late). You can¿t get even coffee.

Staff was super helpful and location is great.

The location and the alebrijes room

When we arrived we got the wrong room (Industrial) although we had a superior booking and arrived with our baby. Then we got the rustic room, which was kind of disappointing, without outside light, and the only window pointing to the inner patio. The stay was saved by the morokan colleague next Monday, where we got the alebrijes room, amazing for our baby.

24 hour reception, very late check in. Saved the day when we needed to book a place to stay at the very last minute due to an unforeseen issue. Comfy bed, interesting themed rooms. Extremely affordable price, great staff.

Bathroom and shower facilities could use a serious cleaning.

The hotel we actually booked (Casa Anzures). The facilities looked amazing and the staff were really friendly.

Upon arrival, we were told that our room was double-booked (despite our booking being confirmed again via WhatsApp 3 hours prior...)The solution was to put us in another Oyo hotel 10km away, but we weren't told that:- the bed was tiny- the facilities were horrendous- the bathroom was full of mould- the staff were horrible- our late check-out would not be honouredI really wish we got to stay at the actual property we booked, which looked amazing.

Customer service was excellent. Very nice staff. Helpful and kind and always ready to assist. Location is very clean and modern. It's in residential and nice area where you can find lots of restaurants, bars and malls and of course supermarkets. Hotel is so clean and very artistic and neat. No complaints whatsoever. There's a hot water kettle to use for drinks at any time plus there is a kitchen to use. Rooms are clean and cozy. I'd go back anytime.

Great attention and room service. Also the included breakfast was amazing.

The bathroom had some drainage odors.

Very basic, dirty, didn’t feel safe/secure, bugs in rooms, shower leaked all over room, paid for included breakfast but they don’t serve breakfast

It's very well located. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Staff is kind and helpful. It does have a pretty decent price.

It needs maintenance ASAP. The door lock doesn't work. The bathroom is hideous. I noticed a terrible smell coming out of the shower's sink as soon as I arrived. They checked it but nothing changed. The stench was unbearable. The place was hot and they provided a fan, but it needs better cooling (like an AC or something). The TV is very small and far from bed. Everything in the room looks old and shabby.The breakfast is included. It's provided by the restaurant next door. Unfortunately, it's really bad. The coffee is awful and service is non-existent.

The room that was reserved months ahead of time wasn't ready at 3:30pm, past the check in time.

Amazing Jacuzzi, room was the Vancouver and very rustic with plenty of wood elements. Nice complement of candies too.

Mattress was not flat, it had a raised wedge in the middle so we ended up sleeping crosswise instead.

Breakfast was ok

The room looked nothing like the pics on booking.com. neighbors were loud and no-one handled the situation. It said the room was reduced from 175$. I paid 57us. It's not worth more than 20.

The cleaning person was really nice and friendly, and the reception women were also really helpful and nice. The breakfast in the café next to the hotel was great and the employees were so kind. The bed was confortable, the bathroom served it's purpose.

I got different informations : on the app I was told that I could do check in earlier and check out later, but in the Hotel they didn't knew about this and so I couldn't stay and work there, neither arriving nor leaving. Moskito net infront of the window was broken. There is no elevator, so you have to get up your stuff without.There was too much to do at the same time for the person at the reception (open doors, help guests, doing check ins, answering the calls,...- and I was impressed how they managed all). I felt very sorry for them, there could be two persons at the hotel. Even helping with the heavy backage of the guests seems hard for the employees I think.

Location only but even then it was not worth the price

Room was dirty, bed was so uncomfortable, noise from outside could not be drowned out with ear plugs, and hot. This is a budget hotel that should have budget prices

A really unique property with a lot of character. Has the feeling of more of an B&B or private rental than a hotel.

Acoustics were a little noisy from time to time , but limited. The bathroom was a bit small , with little places for toiletries. And no A/C

The location is excellent.

The bed was kind of stiff. The A/C had a random noise that kept us waking up at night.

The room was a little run down, there was a nail sticking out of the headboard which was rather dangerous., the bathroom didn't have a normal door, "breakfast included" is what made me book it, however, there was no breakfast included, it was just a kettle and coffee so very misleading & not worth the price.
