    Pros +

    • Location
    • - The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and nice. - The location could not be better. You're on the same street as many restaurants and then you're near anything you want to be closet to as a tourist.
    • a few blocks from Angel de la Independencia, lots of places to eat around, nightlife, and the staff were friendly.

    Cons -

    • Room 515. The shower had lots of black mold, the towels looked very worn out, the bed sheets had small holes/tears. The common areas were clean, the personal service is great, the food at the restaurant was good.
    • - The rooms don't have outlets next to the bed/night stands - The breakfast buffet hot food is pretty cold - The hotel is basically just gray throughout. It could have so much more color and personality - Some rooms have very noisy fans
    • the flight arrived late, checked in after midnight, our room had 2 double beds but I booked a king-room bed, the AC did not work, we got transferred to 2 double rooms. Finally they put us in a king suite for the trouble caused. Overall it was a good stay.

They charged me more or theThey charged me more or the reservation i had paid already, saying it was a different fair. Very disappointing reservation i had paid already, saying it was a different fair. Very disappointing. No mini fridge in the room

Location was good, staff was friendly, rms were clean

there were no refrigerators in the room so we could keep cold beverages around. The toilet in our rm was very slow to fill and so it was constantly running and the sound was very loud. Maintenance came to fix it but the problem continued. There was also a smell of raw sewage coming out the bathroom drain. Also, the hotel includes complementary breakfast with the stay for everyone except through booking.com - because booking charges extra to include the breakfast, if you don't add it, breakfast is excluded and will explicitly say it when you get to the hotel.

Very good area, very safe and relatively close to the airport. Within walking distance (15-20 mins) there are a lot of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean.

I think the staff could have been friendlier but they weren't rude or anything. Otherwise, everything was great!

I liked the location and the comfort of the beds.

The breakfast buffet was repetitive and ran out of basic fruits that most children enjoy.

    9TeresaPosted on: 12-10-2025

Staff was helpful and friendly, including the room cleaner.

Some paint touch up would be good. And there were some stains on the bathroom floor. I suggest moving the toilet paper supply away from where people smoke.

Location is good but not when there are parades and the block the main road. All that traffic get diverted to the street this hotel is located on.

Terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom, street noise, toilet was broken, paper thin wall and had to work with staff to move my room at 4 am because the room next to met was blasting the tv. The hotel mechanic had to turn off the power in the room because the person never answered their phone or door.

Property has a great location in the middle of Reforma. There are multiple restaurants and bakeries nearby. Also 10-15 mins walk to Angel of Independence and Reforma 222 shopping centre. Also close to Chapultepec park by taxi. Great value for money and staff were very helpful

Could do with modernising the tv with better streaming facilities. Still supported Netflix and Youtube however

    For their price there is...

Small rooms, bad and noisy breakfast, loud air condition.

Provided a very comfortable stay for a few days in a great location in Mexico City. Slept very comfortably on the bed, staff (during check-in, the concierge, and bar/restaurant staff) were all very helpful and friendly. Shower was comfortable. We moved here after a brief stay at a nightmare hotel so my review may be biased by the contrast with that negative experience but I can think of no negatives from our stay here!
