- The property was located in a great location. A lot of restaurants and shops. Easy to go to a lot of places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, the rooms was spacious. Will definitely stay there again.
Cons -
- Stayed on a street level room. There was noise from the outside from people walking by.
- There is a construction next to the hotel which started at 7:30 am on a Saturday !!!
- Housekeeping was not particularly on top of things. No back-up roll of toilet paper - we had to go ask for it at the front desk! Surfaces not cleaned - coffee cream drips on my bedside table not wiped off, towels not refolded, etc… I would expect more based on the caliber of this hotel!

The property is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful both architecturally and the decor that enhances the art deco features of the space. The common areas are lovely - we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace. A special “thank you” to Blanca for taking such great care of us!

Location. Staff. Spacious suite.
I wish we had a window overlooking the park. No view from the first floor room other than a small yard.
The property is located right in front of Parque de Mexico which made it very convenient to walk around La Condesa and Roma Norte. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff were very kind and very helpful if we needed assistance or asked for recommendations. The hotel is beautiful with a bar and restaurant in the back and we felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel also has an added filtered water fountain in the lobby which was very useful for refilling water bottles. Would definitely come back and stay here again and recommend it to anyone who visits!
The only negative thing I would say is our room faced the back of the hotel and there was one window for natural light so at times it felt dark but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

I was very, very satisfied
Great location and spacious room (junior suite).
Noisy room on the first floor from the street and Breakfast eating. Breakfast is basic.
We love the hotel and this is our 5th time stay.
We love the hotel and love to keep staying, however it's getting very expensive for us. Breakfast needs improved.
good location nice rooms and good staff
Great location across from Parque Mexico. Very safe. Nicely appointed. Friendly staff. Great shower (when there was hot water because we hand to call the front desk periodically for some unknown reason). The breakfast was ok, but uninspired which was fine because there are tons of restaurants all around the hotel. Having a full-sized apartment laundry and refrigerator was nice but again probably not necessary. Would have been fantastic for a single person working in town but became tight for a couple of tourists.
Strange room layout that really cramped us. The size of the room should have been very comfortable but the full kitchen (which was nice but generally unnecessary) was separated from the bedroom by a full wall with doors which wasted a huge amount of space. The doors (room and closet) all conflicted which made the usable space even less. And as noted above, while the shower was great, on multiple mornings we had to call the front desk to get them turn up the hot water somehow. Clearly there was enough hot water because 5 minutes later it was back. They had some outdated info in the rooms related to towel policies as it clearly said that the housekeeping staff would dry the towels every day but in fact that policy had changed and the guests were expected to dry their own towels instead of changing them.
Location, nice and comfortable installations.
Breakfast
Excellent location in a very quiet, sophisticated area of the city. Very clean and comfortable with a nice, continental style breakfast. Room well equipped with kitchen and washing facilities, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
The bedroom in the standard suite is very small, big bed so not much more room to move around, and the kitchen area is galley style, so very narrow. We were given a voucher for a complimentary drink at the bar, but only for one person and we were a couple, seems a bit petty. The hotel atmosphere is rather quiet, almost reverential, perhaps too quiet for some.
Location is outstanding. The area is very peaceful compared to other areas of Mexico city.
Having breakfast was nice but the selection was a bit source.
Great location, amazing staff, good communication and were able to help organising activities and pickups. Lovely spacious room and very clean
Morning breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Breakfast dining area was a little cramped
Casa Mali is a beautiful property. The rooms are large and comfortable. The rooftop is a nice place to hang out with a cocktail. It is quiet and in the beautiful. walkable area of Condesa. Here you are so close to so many bars and restaurants. We highly recommend Baltra Bar. The air conditioning works well and we appreciated the water bottles to refill with filtered water. We had drinks at the bar a few times and the cocktails were excellent. Next time I am in CDMX I will be staying here.
Just a few things - the outlets in our room were a little loose, and there are no USB outlets at all, so you must have the converter. The shower curtain was a little gross and needed to be replaced.
Great art deco style. Great service. Felt very safe with a 24 hour security guard/doorman. Breakfast each day was good.
We loved this small Art Deco hotel right on Parque México. We especially appreciated having so many excellent restaurants and cafes within steps of the hotel! We also loved having a patio with our room, giving us a nice outdoor space to relax.
Nothing really. I would just say this breakfast was a mix of some excellent items (fresh fruit, fresh yoghurt, etc.), but the bread could have been better--especially with so many amazing bakeries nearby!.
Casa Malí is such a cute hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were upgraded to a jr. suite upon checkin.
