Esthetics of the room, comfortable bed, comfortable air settings.

Shower was cold. It would only produce mildly lukewarm water.

This hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and welcoming

Breakfast was not good, and restaurant services were poor. I took twice the restaurant services. However, I think they should learn from the reception service (how to handle customers)

Breakfast is really good! Very complete and many options, Loved the breakfast!. Room size it's perfect, not too big, not small. Hot water immediately after opening the shower, nice illumination. Excellent location, specially if you are attending the world trade center, I went and back by walking 2 days, no issues, a lot of nice restaurants and food stablishments along the way. Loved this small hotel.

I don't have any complaints, but they can improve by having a scale to measure weight luggage for airline restrictions, they handed over to me the Gym Scale, but sure the can get a scale for luggage.

The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and an amazing smart TV. Location is perfect. It's my second time at this property, and would stay here again. They gave me a complimentary margarita upon checking in, which I appreciated. The final price was very reasonable.

Service was generally slow and staff were a bit overworked (but they always solved my issues). I complained about water pressure & temperature in my room, and the problem was eventually solved.

Second time here, things were improved. Less noise from cleaning stuff on morning, more helpful stuff to the reception. Thanks to them.
