Everything was just simply great!I enjoyed everything, they are bringing you water everyday and have some coffee in the room.

It was a bit difficult to find the place but overall very pleasant receptionists and very attentive.

Was absolutely lovely. Loved the antique furniture pieces. Very charming and spacious suite.Useful kitchenette with a stovetop, mini fridge, microwave, toaster, pans, dishes, etc. We would make breakfast and leave for the day (leaving the dirty pans and dishes in the sink) then come back to a spotless kitchen, dishes clean and put away, and fully cleaned room. Overall, great value

Clean, pleasant and helpful staff. Very cute room, great set up and lots of space.

Very long haul up steep flights of stairs to the room.The room is very noisy 24 hours due to it's proximity to two very busy streets. We couldn't even stay there after the first night and had to relocate to a different hotel.

Great location. Very walkable, beautiful green spaces ,nice parks, many choices for food and coffee, cool cafes to sit and work and relax with a cup of coffee.

there were some maintenance work being done when i arrive that left a slight gas odor in the air as you enter the building but i didn’t notice it at all once i entered my room. This smell was only noticeable on the first day.

Fab location. Excellent hosts. Check in and out very smooth. Lovely room, character, great wifi, hot showers, kitchenette with coffee and water supplies on request. Very friendly staff and eclectic vibe. Definitely going back!

Great location! Large, comfortable room with a couch, nice bed, nice bathroom.

Our suite was right above the highway, it was quite noisy. Coffee maker only makes espresso.

The hotel’s location in Condesa was perfect. It’s very walkable with many restaurants and cafes nearby. A longer walk though the lovely neighbourhood of San Miguel Chapultepec takes you to several museums located in Chapultepec Park.

Like any large city, Mexico City can be noisy.

We stayed as a group if 10 on a family trip and we enjoyed our stay. Martin was excellent host and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Very nice spacey rooms with high end interior in a nice neighbourhood with walking distance to everything around Condesa, Roma Norte and Chapultepec Park.

Have nothing to complain about

Excellent accommodation near everything. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff were amazing, informative and very helpful. The suite was spacious. We felt like we were home. Beds were comfy and the bathroom had great water pressure and included everything that we needed. Our room was cleaned every day with bottles of water being replenished. The kitchen had all essentials. We totally recommend this place. Thank you so much Casa Corp Boutique for making our stay pleasant.

We loved staying here! Firstly, the location is great - super convenient for going to restaurants and exploring the area. The room itself was quiet, clean, warm, well-furnished, with a very comfy bed, and a great shower. Also, the owner was very kind and accommodating, even letting us check in early. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Worst and most rude staff ever, the guy at the reception was upset because I wasn't gay, he ask me if I was gay and I tell him I don't and he went mad, I also think he was on drugs, and tell to my wife she was a puta one of the worst experiences I ever had in my life,they also canceled my acomodation and I have to go to a cheap motel because it was late and end of the week, it really was an horrible experience

The room was really nice - well maintained and stylish. The toiletries were high quality, and I really enjoyed the espresso machine. The location was quite good - not in the heart of Condesa per se, but within 5-6 minutes walking to the heart. There is a subway station about 5-7 minutes walking distance. The hotel is surrounded by several nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff are very friendly.

It was quite difficult to locate the property upon arrival via Uber. Luckily, I was able to call reception and they quickly found me. It would be good to provide instructions on how to access the hotel when you arrive - how to spot the door (under the Gerard sign) and how to call the desk from the door.

Fantastic location, staff and value. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all of the staff.The facilities were very comfortable and clean and the owner Martin was a great wealth of knowledge. Make sure to look at his artwork and furniture.There are some fantastic restaurants, and parks, within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel felt very secure.

I would have easily given this a 10 if it wasn't for the shower. However the bathroom facilities were very cramped and the shower head sprayed water everywhere except for on you. This could easily be remedied with installing a new shower head.
