Comfy bed, clean, roomy, good coffee. Nice staff. Nice apartment. A/c good.

Toilet and toilet seat were loose. They didn't provide correct towels... had to ask. Had to ask for sufficient toilet paper. Hard to climb to 3rd floor... no elevator. No instructions for washer dryer in apartment.

location is great, on a quiet street but restaurants nearby. i like the layout and the furniture. the owners have thought of many things that a visitor needs.

the shade fell down in my first few days and was not fixed. hair dryer was broken. It is great to have bikes, yet they are filthy and almost unusable. I mentioned it, but two days later and no change. ran out of granola for breakfast.

Location and administrative staff were wonderful.

The breakfast was mostly cookies, white sliced bread or packaged sweets. Coffee was okay.Stairs to the top floor were a bit of a slog, but good exercise. Balcony was a bust.

The location was great, staff were friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop patio. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants close by. Would definitely recommend this place.

The pull out couch where my daughter slept was very uncomfortable.

the wifi is extremely slow and was very inconvenient for me! it didn't work in the bedroom! and the shower drain didn't drain all the way - there was also a huge puddle of water by the toilet when i checked in

Very dark. Insufficient lighting and not a lot of natural light. Management tried twice to move our accomodation to another property ahead of arrival.

Excellent apartment with all the amenities (nespresso, quality toiletries , safe box, lovely patio, heater, purifier) . Really needed a heater because CDMX was very cold in January! Nice design of the one bedroom apartment. There is 24 security.Location is perfect. It is surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Definitely we will return.

Need better lighting above the bathroom sink. Difficult to know when we were communicating with bookings.com or directly to the host.

The apartment was the perfect size for one person (one bedroom). It was clean, modern and very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Wifi was good. The location is wonderful, close to lots of great restaurants, parks etc. I would highly recommend it to others.

They provided an information binder just before I left. It would have been nice to have had that early. I assume for others it will be now.

Location couldn’t have been better! It was great to have a quiet apartment on a leafy street within steps of places to explore. Great staff and attention.

We were on the top floor in a bright apartment with everything we needed to be at home, adjacent to the terrace. We didn’t mind the steps. Get a better coffee maker please (there was a Netspresso) with a couple pods) and either abandon or upgrade breakfast.

You need to check in with a guard when you enter the property. He was very friendly and helpful, but the process was a bit troublesome.

Location, location, location! Quiet and safe neighborhood that was very walkable. Organic grocery store and Walmart grocery both 5-min walk. Tons of great restaurants and an easy 25-min walk to the park, castle, museum of Anthropology and more. 24-hour on site security. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and well stocked with cookware, towels and soaps. Very cute and modern decor.

The apartment I rented was on the first floor and just outside was a 1-story very bright vertical street light. Since several of the windows in the main room did not have blinds it meant that the apartment was brighter at night than it was during the day. Also, you can see right in to the apartment from the street. The windows that did have blinds were semi transparent and you could see through those at night when lights were on in the apartment. If traveling with someone who had to sleep in the fold out bed in the living room, they would need an eye mask for sure.

Great location close to everything, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious apartment with equipped kitchen. Air conditioning in the bedroom worked great, are was quiet for sleeping, and the terrace outside was beautiful!

Room service came in to make the bed, but did not replace coffee capsules or fresh towels during a 3 day stay. No elevator made getting heavy luggage to the top floor a struggle!

Cute Building, nice art deco vibe/architecture, good price/value, renovation done was well executed.

AC unit was only for the bedroom. The Living Room/Kitchen area didnt have AC and the temperature was warmer than I liked (this was in March). No elevator. That was ok for me, but the building is 4 stories (steep/narrow interior stairs).

The location is excellent, and the front desk staff are very helpful during the check-in process. There's 24-hour security for added peace of mind, and the kitchen is fully functional. There's also simple breakfast items offered in the morning such as bread, pastry, milk, juice and yogurt.

We paid over $1,000 USD for a 7-night stay, which is considered relatively expensive for Condesa. We chose this place mainly for the promise of a washer, the charming decor, and a higher-floor unit with plenty of sunlight. This is what we saw from the pictures on booking.com website and what we expected to have. However, upon arrival, we were assigned a first-floor room with very little natural light and no washer.The front desk staff later explained that some guests had extended their stay, so we were given a different room — but it would have been nice to have been informed ahead of time and offered the option to move later. Instead, we had to use the shared laundry facilities, which were disappointing. Only one washer was functional (out of what was supposed to be three — one of which didn’t even exist) and only one dryer worked properly. One of the dryers was missing parts, leaving a hole inside with some sharp edges, which made it unusable for delicate items. The other one didn't start when I tried to start it. Additionally, there was no curtain in front of the kitchen area window that is next to the living room, which compromised our privacy as we can clearly see everyone walking past, and at night, the light from the kitchen was quite disruptive. Closing the door made the room too hot, and to top it off the safe didn’t work as intended. It would have been nice to have more instructions how to use it. Wifi was also not the best in the bedroom and there were a lot of dead spots while using personal devices in the bedroom.The front desk staff is also there like maybe 9 am - 6 pm during the weekdays but not on weekends. I feel like I definitely needed help or wanted to communicate about things several times, but couldn't because we were out during the day.Overall, it felt like we overpaid for the experience.

After something of a nightmare at our previous accommodation, this was an excellent find in a nicely renovated building full of character, in a fairly quiet area in Condesa.We stayed in room 5 at La Campechana on the second floor, and the room was really spacious and comfortable, with separate bedroom and kitchen/lounge. The building was quite warm, but the bedroom had excellent air conditioning which kept us cool, and the bedroom was really comfortable.The lounge was also comfortable, with a nice sofa and good tv with loads of channels and streaming options.A limited but welcome breakfast is provided on floor 1, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.Our only thought was that a lift would have been welcome, especially if you have large bags, but this is a fairly old building and I guess there isn’t the space.But overall a lovely stay, and we would definitely come back again. Gracias La Campechana!

Location was amazing. Lovely cafes and restaurants in area. Nice neighborhood to explore of foot. Walking in Amsterdam Avenue and through the local parks were a highlight.

Bed was listed as a king however was quite small and more of a full size. Water pressure was weak.

The master bedroom was backing onto the plumbing and work room very noisy
