Cons -
- The elevator didn't work. Staff unhelpful. Bathroom had an awful smell. Towels looked not well washed, never attempted to use them. Bed sheets had old stains. Bedroom was cold; there was a radiator that barely helped to warm it up.
- Bed was hard as a rock, very expensive area, and the wifi was continually interrupted.

Clean , friendly, ideal location
nice area, decent lodgings
seems a bit old and lacking maintenance
The location was great. Rebecca was very warm and welcoming. The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms could use a little TLC regarding the shower heads. The pillows were not very comfortable. They always had plenty of water in a dispenser located in the lobby.Big bang for your buck.
Everything was nice. Although pillows need improvement and make sure you bring your own shampoo & conditioner & body wash.
Pillows. Too hard
Location
Had to keep ringing bell for 20 mins before anyone answered (8pm at night)
Bed room, restroom, details, air conditioner, bad conditions of hotel
very old property, nobody ever at the front desk. The room did not smell clean. It smelled like a thrift store. It was not clean.
The room was not clean. You could hear all of the footsteps and voices from everybody in the whole building in your room. no air-conditioning, the sheets smelled bad. very old property, nobody ever at the front desk. The room did not smell clean. It smelled like a thrift store. It was not clean.
Location only the rest was crap
It was super dusty, no internet, no phone, tv without any channels, curtain drapes were falling down, and the toilet was clogged. It would take multiple flushes for somehting to go.
Location
Rooms not comfortable, terrible pillows and very old mattress, old bath towels and limited bathroom supplies (paper tissue)
There are a lot of space in the room. A big bed. We had all the facilities, hot water in the shower, parking lot, security, good location. It’s secure to stay there. The staff is checking the cameras and taking care of the parking lot, that is good. The furniture and the hotel is very old, but clean, that is the most important. Just near the hotel there are restaurants to have a breakfast.
Location
Uncomfortable bed, couch and chairs. Hard like a rock.
Only the location. It was close to where I had to go.
The place is awful. I was given the wrong code to enter. The elevator did not work. I asked for breakfast upon arrival and was told that there would be a food truck in the morning. I was not interested, but at mid morning I received an email telling me to ask for the free breakfast??!!. The bathroom smelled badly. The towels were dirty gray. I never used them. The sheets had stains. The room was cold. There was a radiator but it was not enough to warm the room up. I had a terrible experience. Despite paying 2 nights I only stayed 1.
Really nice living space. A bedroom, with livingroom and kitchen attached - and own personal bathroom. The attached restaraunt is also lovely. 25 minute walk to Chatulpec Park.
Connections into the city centre aren't quite obvious. There's a train station 11 minutes walk away (which isn't direct) a bus service 3 minutes walk away (but roads in Mexico are madness). Bathroom was a tad grubby.
Location is great.
This is not a 3 stars by anyways. As soon as we arrived the man at the reception explained the 'special offer' they had: if you do a good review you get a free Continental breakfast. But he had to see and approve what you have written in order to get it. Now I get how this place has so many goods reviews. The worst thing was the bathroom. It was in poor conditions with a horrible smell. We found some hairs on the bed and they were not ours. Never again!
Safe close to police station and Restorante Bares and transportation and has parking.
Nice country stale bulging and confortable apartment with separate bedrooms
The location is good also the rooms are quite big and clean.
The staff is not very kind, they didn't tell us where to park the car at first, also they keept knocking on the door to register next day when we already registered on the check in.
Location, manager attention, communication
Bathroom needs more care: fungus on walls and floor.
Nice place, nice staff, good location
All good ?
