Pros +
- Massive bed and kitchen
- Estancias Vive MX has become one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City. I’ve returned multiple times because it’s consistently a great experience: comfortable, well cared for, and exactly the kind of place that makes a trip feel easy from the moment you arrive.Everything is always clean and thoughtfully set up, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. I’ve stayed here both on my own and while having friends/family in town, and it works perfectly every time. It’s reliable, well managed, and you can tell there’s real attention to detail.Highly recommended. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
- I really liked the building and the rooms, and especially the staff. Everyone was very friendly, and whenever I asked for something, they brought it right away with a great attitude. The location is also excellent, just 3–4 blocks from Paseo de la Reforma and the Angel of Independence.
Cons -
- Bignstain innflior and noise
- No Kleenex
- The only thing I didn’t like was that you had to request room cleaning; sometimes I forgot to do it. I think it would be better if cleaning were done automatically and guests could notify the staff only if they don’t want it.

Clean, affordable, friendly staff, and...
All the staff are very friendly, the check-in process is very fast, the room is very spacious and includes a kitchen. You just need to request the kitchen kit and leave an ID. Overall, a great experience.
Great location, the staff was friendly, it was very clean and it has pretty much all you need
The room was facing the street and it was very loud, not enough storage or closet, the shower is open concept and the water would go everywhere and you had to run the water for like 5min to get hot water

Nothing. We booked a room and the day before it was approved by the hotel. Once we arrived they said that they sold our room due to some miscommunication with Booking. I dont believe this because we managed to get a really good deal. We could see on a paper at the reception that everything was approved. They just sold oud room to someone else for a better price. So ok, that happened. But than at least communicate before. Now we took an uber for nothing. Also, the guy was not helpful at all. The only thing he said was contact booking.com. He left us there at 21:00 at night not helping at all. Also, the hotel is next to a highway and it looks really old. Its more a motel. In the end we had to go somewhere else the same night, maybe for the better given the hotel conditions. So for we did not even get our money back. Scam!

Good location and nice rooms. Bring your earplugs as it is at a very busy road that you will hear all night.
Traveled around New Year's. It might have been less busy, as I believe they upgraded our room to a more spacious one; including a futon, kitchen sink, fridge, and microwave. No issues with internet. Front desk spoke Spanish and English and easily found our reservation. Some reviews complain about noise but we had no issues with noise whatsoever. Great stay. Oh, and the showers are lovely.
The AC wall unit was difficult to work and may have been broken. Ended up just going without it.
Great value for money all round but we thought it was a little more out of the way as the other reviews seemed to suggest but I suppose that is a personal opinion.
Super clean, very quiet, big and comfortable
Nothing they don't let me book my room
The staff professionalism because they had already booked all hotel rooms but in the app the hotel displayed as vacancy

The room was nice and modern, clean and option to ask for a kitchen set to make breakfast. Good location near Roma Norte so near many restaurants, cafes and shops.
It would be nice if there was access to free filtered water especially in a seemingly four star hotel although I'm not sure I would rate it 4 stars. Not too close to the metro or bus but it's okay
Very clean and excellent customer service.
Internet very slow and car noice comes in through window.
Disappointing
A smoke alarm on our floor beeped loudly every minute for the entirety of our stay. Despite asking several times if it could be fixed (it probably just needed batteries replacing) nothing was done, and the staff member almost seemed to find it funny/mock when I asked about it. Really don’t understand why such a small issue couldn’t have been solved. Dampened the whole stay.
Nicely located hotel, and very comfortable, including for an extended stay. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything they can. 24-hour reception was very useful as I arrived very late and left quite early. Rooms are clean and spacious.
There is no restaurant/cafe nor gym or similar (though they do provide an in-room yoga mat which is a nice touch!)
Rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable and the staff are super friendly. I appreciated the balcony and elevator, and little things like a yoga mat and iron in the room.
It’s located on a major highway (9 lanes of traffic) so there’s substantial road noise. Minor detail: none of the soap bottle pumps worked
The property is ideally located in a vibrant yet peaceful area, surrounded by a variety of coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants—all within easy walking distance. Despite the abundance of local amenities, the neighborhood remains calm and uncrowded, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.
It would be nice if there was coffee in the lobby.
The location is perfect !
Since those are small studios style with kitchen, it tends to have small cockroaches around ..
