Large living room, good breakfast and attention. Quiet and familiar.

No power plugs in the lobby area, I could not plug in. Also, I work late and the cleaning crew knocked my door every day at 830 am waking me up.! Horrible. Let me sleep please. Thanks.

I loved the breakfast and how attentive they were while I was there . The young lady offered to make my waffles and she was lovely. The room is big a beautiful. The location is amazing. The front door staff was just amazing. Since we arrived early. They held our bags so we could go eat and then they checked us in as soon as a room was available 30 minutes early.

I think if I was to mention one thing, the bed was a bit hard for me, but that is just a me preference, since I like very soft beds. But I still slept like a baby.

The hotel itself is a very good cost benefit. However, I’ve hired a transfer from the airport and the Hotel simply forgot to pick me up. Breakfast is also a sound 3/10.

Location was perfect for what we were doing on our trip. We felt safe. Staff was great. Breakfast were very good. Rooms were comfortable. Highly recommend getting recommendations for things to do from the morning cook, he sent us on some amazing adventures, he’s also the go to guy for getting tickets to soccer games. My three sons and I had a great time.

My honest and sincere thanks to all staff, very helpful and friendly, but specially I want to mention Arturo, he made our stay really special!!!

The light in the master bedroom, could be a little bit better!!

Nice modern building, spacious suites.

Some building technology made noise although e.g. ventilation was quiet.

The hotel was under construction, I arrived at 2.45pm and the receptionist made us wait till 3pm. I didn't say word Sat on the couch for 15 minutes listening to the drilling in the entrance.

The price is way too much for what you recieve, I will not return.

We couldn’t open the windows, but I guess it is like that in most hotel.

Location and facility

Some nights were very noisy, it sound like a machine. The towels were very old, they need to change it and the toilet seat was also old and small

First of all, the hotel seems quite new. Although small and boutique-like, the suites are quite big indeed. The location is awesome and it has security so felt safe all the time. Internet was super fast. The breakfast was nice and the guy in charge even made me some waffles. More importantly, the staff at the reception desk was incredible. All the ladies there were always patient and ready to help. I am sure I'll be back here if travelling again to Mexico City.

Despite the good location, not too many places to eat nearby. Also, the actual bedroom within the suite, might use additional lighting but it was fine anyway.

clean and well maintained

staff doesn’t know how to speak english. That was a very big issue because I had a problem one day when the housekeeping forgot to add two extra towels and some lavatories. I think they didn’t believe me so they kept ignoring me until I told them for the third time and so they finally did. I had to write it down the next day so they don’t forget. I also feel they are cheap with towels because they keep giving us one or two less per day when there were four of us staying there. However, the staff did their best to accommodate me it’s just that the language barrier was a huge problem communicating with them. They need to learn English, given that this is a hotel catering to international tourists.

Blackout shades where perfect, very comfy beds and the sounds where blocked ion the room, the TVs have enough channels and the kitchenware is all that you need for a quick meal, head a great time and location.

This is one of the best apartments I have ever stayed in. It was so comfortable and had EVERYTHING you'd need- fridge, microwave, cooker, ironing board, hairdryer. The room was very clean and they have nice blackout curtains, which for me is so important to get a good night's sleep. The 1 bedroom apartment is so big and spacious, could easily fit a family of 4! The windows do not open unfortunately but the air-conditioning works very well. The small gym on the ground floor was very nice and had good equipment. I also used the washing machine and dryer in the laundry room on the ground floor and my clothes smelt so nice and clean! The apartment is in a quiet area so no noise problems, but still you are only 10-15 minutes journey by car to the centre of Mexico City and most tourist sites. The reception is always manned so you can even leave your room keys when you go out. There is a Panda Express, a supermarket and more cafes just across the street. The buffet breakfast was great, chef Arturo was so nice and polite, he would explain what was on the buffet and recommend things for me to try. He was very kind and helpful and I appreciated it very much. I can't wait to visit again soon!

a very good location. Near to Chapultepec Forest, you can walk to the Anthropology museum. is an amazing place.the room is incredible, it has a kitchen so you can buy things to cook at night or morning (not for sophisticated dishes)
