Free parking and free breakfast...very nice rooms.

The staff was very responsive to my requests. Housekeeping did a great job on the room every day. The window glass on the room was effective at keeping out most of the road noise. Location was great for walking to restaurants and bars.

The Wi-Fi was very slow. Also, the lap pool was much too warm for swimming. It should be in the 25 to 28° c range. In fairness, I did not raise either of these issues with the staff.

The room was spacious with several nice amenities including multiple TVs, a nice couch and footrest, a fridge and countertop cooking area. Extremely clean and very pleasant staff. The location in Polanco is walking distance to a number of sites.

Rather than have a desk, the room has a small table set up for meals which might be a negative for business travelers. The roof deck/pool were closed during my visit. Rather than have a view, many rooms just face other rooms which also limits privacy.

We stayed in a suite for nearly 400 USD per night, breakfast included. We still had to pay 80 Peso for an espresso at breakfast. Setup quite old, time for refurbishing

Jacuzzi, and fitness center.My room was beauriful. I loved the coconut lotion.The staff is amaizing.Breakfast was way better than last year.

I live in the area, and Las Suites has been our go-to local hotel for family visits, celebrations, and staycations. The property is located in a quiet and safe area of Polanco, a couple of blocks away from restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and won't bother you at all. Rooms are large, clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is quite complete, and the food quality is good. The rooftop swimming pool, spa, and gym are more than enough for a short visit. This isn't a super luxurious hotel, but it's comfortable and relaxing.

Some furniture in the rooms looks a bit worn, as do some details in the decor and furnishings around the property. This isn't a deal breaker, and the essentials are well kept. This is just feedback for management, so they take care and continue to be a great place to stay.

I liked the comfort and size of the bed; the balcony overlooking the street, and the rooftop pool for a quick dip

The outlets were definitely an issue. For a room that had at least 5 outlets, it came down to none of them working after my first night there. The hotel did include a note to reach out if anything wasn't functioning, but to be honest, as I was so rarely in the room (only there for quick changes and to sleep), it felt like a waste of my time to follow through on that. Unfortunately, for the price paid and the level of quality expected, I would have hoped that these things functioned correctly without needing to reach out to have them fixed. The other issue is that since the hotel is set up with a courtyard in the middle, it can get quite noisy. I wish the hotel staff on the first floor would silence their phones and the TV in the restaurant as I could hear them all the way up on the 5th floor, even with my door closed.

The location, amenities and staff are great. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear a lot of what’s going on around. Consider this if you are sensitive to noise.

Good hotel with spacious rooms, well equipped. Take the rooms that face the small road, it will be more quiet. Walkable distance (15’) to Polanco and many restaurants.

The breakfast is ok, could be better, the coffee is not drinkable and they don’t get offer any gluten-free options even if they did say that they would.

The staff was super friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious . Breakfast was great. Nice gym and rooftop lap pool .
