    • Woof top bar
    • Location was great, settled in a beautiful residential area, safe for walking to cafes and restaurants. Staff was truly attentive and polite.
    • Location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants and staff were excellent. Rooms were clean and great space in a big city.

    Cons -

    • Rooms face a busy street. There is a lot of road noise. Our shower drain made a lot of noise and woke us when the guest in the next room used their bathroom
    • The rooftop restaurant did not really have views when sitting down and it was the are that felt less welcoming. The beds were quite firm so a but uncomfortable there
    • A little pricey

Nice location - lovely leafy neighborhood. Wonderful attention to detail - snacks in the room (no charge), steamer for clothes, record players and records in the room. Amazing breakfast. Best buffet ever.

Didn’t love frosted glass toilet stall.

Great location in Condesa and very close to Roma Norte- we pretty much walked everywhere but also getting a taxi/Uber was quick. Very nice, clean hotel and the staff were friendly and accommodating! Would happily stay here again.

Chic, fun and welcoming hotel in leafy Condesa location. The room is stylish and comfortable, with good storage, big TV and comfy beds. The bathroom had a huge shower. Breakfast was amazing – the buffet is very extensive, I can hardly remember a hotel breakfast that had as many options as this. I particularly liked the range of Mexican food options and the dedicated Vegan section. The rooftop pool is small but gorgeous, and it was pretty special to watch sunset there.

Most of the Rooms face out onto Avenida Insurgentes and were very noisy including through the night. Bring earplugs! The lighting in the room is atmospheric and Moody, which means there isl no overhead lighting, this made reading, putting on make up etc tricky.

Good location, very clean room, staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the room upgrade and cake for our anniversary.

The room in the suite had a big pillar which was very close to the bed.

Such a beautiful hotel and great walkable location

Only con was that the windows need to be more soundproofed- I could hear the street traffic at all hours so it made it difficult for sleeping, thus affecting the overall stay unfortunately!

The hotel is very noisy, and you can't control the AC, it's centralized for the whole floor. My room was too hot but other guests wanted HEAT and I couldn't turn my room to COOL, couldn't sleep at all.

They need to have Independent AC control for each room. I had never seen this kind of AC controls in any other hotels. And you can hear all the talks from the hallways as if they were in your room. Very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was average. The rooms were comfortable. The food and service at the roof top Cabuya was outstanding.

Overall service was OK but the location was a bit inconvenient to travel to main parts of the city.

Overall goodThe coffee shop near the escalator can improve their service for take out. They did not have plastic spoons, or a paper bag to carry the takeout food,

    Room was small

The cafe, a place to work, the location in the city, the staff, the cleanliness of the whole hotel

The cafe area was a bit warm

    Location and amenities

Rooms are very small and the water was cold at times. Noisy in the lower floors

The property was in a great location and the stuff was very good. I was very surprised on how nice everybody was. The facilities are very nice and the restaurants are amazing all of them.

The signs to the gym were a little bit confusing, nothing crazy to complain, but just to put something that’s it

The Andaz strikes a balance: while the property itself shows its age in places — the rooms are on the darker side and the infrastructure isn’t brand-new — the level of service more than makes up for it. The staff were consistently attentive and quick to respond, whether it was arranging extra bedding or a same-day clean. Alan, in particular, stood out, checking in regularly to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.Facilities are also strong: the gym and spa feel modern, well-equipped, and a notch above what you’d expect at this level. The location is on the quieter edge of Condesa, but still within walking distance of the area’s livelier streets, cafés, and parks — a nice mix of calm and convenience. If you value top-tier service and wellness amenities, this is an excellent choice, even if the rooms themselves could use a refresh.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It’s a very central location, walking distance to great neighbourhoods, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was a standout, with great food and even better service.

The rooms themselves lack a bit of privacy as the toilet and shower glass doors do not fully seal.
