The gym Fitsi was located two doors away from the main entrance and was well-equipped with cardio and weight machines. The grocery store Soria's was about 1/4 mile away and had a great selection of goods. The pharmacy also had bottled water and other essentials closer by. The hotel had a cash machine in the premises and numerous banks were in the neighborhood. Uber rides were easy to get to and from the hotel. The concierge, Arturo, was extremely welcoming and helpful with providing us information in English!

The free amenities like shower cap, sewing kit, boxes showed signs of wear and may need to be replaced. The weighing scale in the bathroom was not working.

I stayed at Hotsson Condesa for work and had a really comfortable time. The rooms are big and have great windows with a beautiful view over Revolution Street and the city. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafés, which is super convenient. The Wi-Fi could be better, but overall it was a very good stay.

Booked two king size beds, and not get what I asked for despite booking weeks in advance, my parents had to sleep in a smaller bed

Polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean bed linen.

Very low water pressure in the shower. The windows don't open. The windows outside are unwashed. Noisy air conditioner.

1. The rooms are spacious.2. The Wi-Fi is fast, though it occasionally glitches at night.3. The king bed is very comfortable.4. The soundproofing is good; you can’t hear noise from the street outside. However, the lady doing room service in the morning knocks on the door and shouts really loudly… (not even on our door because we had the do-not-disturb card hanged)5.laundry in the room. Needs to prepare your own detergent tho.

1. Do not stay in Room 501, or you’ll be in for a miserable experience! The noise in Room 501 is unbearable. From midnight until the afternoon, the ventilator in our room produced constant, loud noise, making it impossible to sleep or get anything done. We had to complain to the front desk on the second afternoon of our stay, and thankfully, they moved us to a different room. If you’re assigned Room 501, make sure to request a room change!2. The location is not ideal, it’s far from any attractions or lively areas, and there are very limited restaurants and cafes options.

Clean comfortable and functional

The staff were all absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Even with my lack of Spanish language. The room was big and clean and had everything I needed. The room service was well presented and tasty. But it was definitely the attitude and engagement of every lovely staff member I met, that made the stay impressive.

Unsure if there was anything. Anything extra I needed was addressed nearly instantly.

My family enjoyed staying in the hotel. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and equipped with everything you need and even more. The location of the hotel is good. Many different restaurants and stores are in walking distance. The Chapultepec park is also very close ~15 mins walking. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Road noise is so loud. Cant sleep if you’re on the 3rd floor

Very spacious (Jr suite), comfortable, good bed, excellent shower, kitchen facilities good, good room temperature control. Everything in very good or new condition. Staff at front desk very helpful and friendly. Great for walkers, major parks within 30 minutes, metro station 10 minute walk. Many small restaurants nearby and major grocery store one block away.

minor annoyances: lighting was just 'okay'; room had a clothes washing machine, but no dryer; kitchen utensils and dishes were limited.

Amazing concept.. is hotel but you have many facilities available as kitchen, washer machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, so it is like a small apartment. So you have the option to do it by yourself or like a hotel..

Only problem was the noise at night. Lots of loud motorbikes and sirens throughout the night. But everywhere in Mexico is noisy and it wasn’t as bad as other places we stayed

It was super clean, sophisticated and safe. The stuff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We would totally book this location again.

There are no dislike about the property

Massive rooms, include kitchen facilities and washing machine and dryer. Also offers laundry facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Good prices if you book on the day. Really really happy with the whole experience.

The area is a bit questionable after dark, but staff couldn't have been more helpful and even offered to accompany us to shops after dark!

Everything was amazing and super clean the view was breathtaking ? the staff were super nice the location was excellent! And the breakfast was totally worth it. We will definitely come back ✨️

Bed was super comfortable. Room equipped for party, dinning and long stay (large freedge, microwave, washing machine) Staff very helpful and friendly.

A bit of noise from the street.

Top-notch facilities. Incredible room. The staff, especially Daniel at the check-in counter, could not have been more attentive, efficient, and apologetic when I complained about the TV situation in my room. The general manager (I forgot his name) was kind enough to offer complimentary breakfast (which was delicious) the following morning.

Everything was perfect, really. Will definitely stay here again.
