The locality is good and thats about it.

The room didnt have A/c and it wasn't enough mentioned A/c isnt available. The room wasn't clean. I killed a small cockroach on the floor and next day there was a small on inside the refrigerator. Room wasn't cleaned after 2 days as mentioned.

First night in the room where we sleep, it has a lot of humidity, no rugs,

I asked if I could move to another room the second night and I was able at no charge

This could be a nice place but needs cleaning and maintenance, it is more like a hostel or B&B.

Noise from the room above, cold, no heater or AC, kind of dirty needs cleaning, understaffed. 4pm late check in.

Good showering related services and a Fair attention.

The place wasn't isolated from outside air current at all. It was very cold and I could hear everyone else from inside and from other bedrooms, and they could hear me for sure.

room cold, noisy spot (construction site next to apartment, shower tap broken, not much privacy in most of the flat- windows with blurry finishing but can still see people outside/inside apartment.

There's no towels, front office lady said soon bring to your room, never came, late night I call again they bring but the bed no blanket, I ask for it and extra blanket and extra towel the lady never bring. It was super cold, no AC, no heater, no even fan.The room spacious the kitchen terrible. Only nice big fridge and the balcony ✨They must to train the people and update the room.

The room was nice. The room itself was clean. I'm not sure if the bed was. The sheets had hair in them

The shower would plug up immediately when you used it. It would flood the bathroom. The toilet only flushed once, and then you had to wait about an hour before you could use it again, which made it difficult to travel with someone else. The pillows were terrible. I could have asked for others, but looking at what was available, they didn't seem any better. I don't know about the staff. I asked them for some simple things like sugar or cream, and they didn't give us any. Maybe it was a language barrier. Other things they provided. Like a cleaning rag and toilet paper. I'm pretty sure they ignored us for breakfast on the last day.

we arrived at 21.00 staff did not open door (even not clear where the entrance is) I'm the morning 6.45 bouncing on the door to ask who I am...??? Staff very unprofessional. No breakfast even was written in booking.com room very basic shower old not looking fresh

The hotel has a great location and there are so many things around the place to do. And we just need a good place to fall asleep ?

They didn't give us towels, the reception phone does work, they don't have a sign or something to recognize the hotel. And the bathroom has a few things to fix, like hot water, and the curtains.

The location is great.

Not at all what was shown in the images. It's like an old house that was transformed into a "hotel". They don't even leave you towels unless you ask for them.

Staff was polite

From entrance everything was dirty. Room are very bad. We book 3 rooms. All 3 was horrible. No sound isolation ,u can hear everything from outside and from neighbors rooms, done like some amateur's was refurbishing with cheep material. We change 2 room for little bit better but still horrible. Bathroom very small and shower was leaking on all sides but my head. Pictures on booking are great but reality is very very different! I put some photos of room(which we change) and details of walls and celling

I liked the location. Near to best shopping malls and business centers. Near to good restaurantes. And very secure area.

The floor was under remodeling except my room, so it was a very unpleasant walk to it. Very noisy and dusty due to the construction. Workers left tools and construction material so little dangerous too. And one day, they even blocked the entrance to my room with furniture from the other rooms being worked.Wi-Fi was terrible, it continuously disconnected, so no good for streaming. TV had no cable, so it depended on Wi-Fi that was terrible, and you had to supply your user and password for Netflix and other platforms.

The location was the only thing positive about this place.

The place is SO run-down. I arrive and no one is at the property. I get my room and no toilet paper. The girl that showed me my room said she was going to go get some towels... that never happened. You could hear the girl in the room next to me having LOUD sex. The doors didn't have deadbolts and only a locking door knob. Anyone could use a credit card or something thin to access your belongings. I got very very angry and they ended up giving me money back.
