Location near Polanco and cleanliness

hallways were a little too narrow...

The location is good, it's in a quite zone not far from Polanco

It wasn't clean at all, I found my bedsheets even had stains

Excellent location

The place was dirty and stuffy. Towels were old and filthy with all sorts of stains and tears. The room was too small to even walk. There’s nowhere to store clothes or anything really. My backpack was on the ground. In the photos there was a table was chairs but there was none in the room. Not recommended at all

The room has no air conditioner or a Fam so it was kind of hot

Because of a change of our flights from the flightcompany we asked the accomodation to change our booking to a later date, which they did (that was amazing, thanks again). When we arrived at the hotel with our booking comfirmation for the new dates, they had lost our reservation. Noone spoke english and the staff didn't really seem to try to help and just told us that we dont have a reservation. It took several hours of discussing, calling booking.com and a change of staff until suddenly the reservation showed up again. After all the struggle, we asked if we can check in 1h earlier, and the hotel said it would cost us another 500 MXN.The room and bathroom were tiny, it was dirty and our blanket had a hole in it. We checked for other hotels and for the price you pay there, you can get something way better.The location is great if you want to be close to the park and museum. It feels very safe there.

Value for money. Small money but small room also. Excellent location near many excellent Asia restaurants. Good matrace.

Dirty and very used towels.

The location was great and the daily bottled water was nice. Rebeka at reception was lovely and helpful.

The constant smell of curry due to the restaurant below and the noise of the water pipes didn’t reallly make it a pleasant stay. The shower in my room was shooting the water upwards too, completely soaking the bathroom and my stuff in it as the water was dripping from the ceiling.

My room didn’t have windows, sheets had stains, bed was very hard, TV didn’t work (no cable nor satellite connection), the towels were old.

On the app says early check in, but the staff didn’t respect it. Said that is a common problem, but they don’t fix it.

Avoid

I had a problem with check in. The hotel didn't want to check me in until I called Booking.com. Upon my departure the hotel informed booking.com I had no show which is also not true

No complains

The facility was very nice, clean and in a great location. Very safe location at that. Walking distance to every important place in Polanco. I was really surprised by the location.

I liked everything about the property.

The location was good

Bedding was dirty. Toilet did not work. Bed was very hard. Hotel was hot and noisy and staff did not seem to care. Also, keys did not work on outside gate so you had to wait to be let in.

The keys did not work and you had to wait at the front gate each time you went out to be let back in. The linen was stained and dingy. The bed was rock hard and there was no window so the room was HOT. The toilet worked only about half the time and the front staff seemed not to care. We also had some things go missing and the staff just shrugged.

I wasn’t able to reach out for clean towels, but they explained it was because the laundry service wasn’t working on the same hours.

It has a relaxing view to the trees

The most important thing, which is resting and having a good sleep, didn’t happen. They only provide you with thin summer sheets in the middle of winter, in a room without heating. It was impossible to sleep with such thin sheets.

Don't have breakfast we left earlier to enjoy the city but all was good

The staff is very helpful, and the location is amazing for a business trip. The room is serviced daily, with fresh towels and bottled water provided. If you have any needs, the staff will do their best to assist you.

I was initially assigned to a windowless room. I requested a room with a window and fresh air, and fortunately, one was available. However, there was noise from nearby businesses early in the morning. Additionally, the internet connection was unreliable, air conditioning was absent (requiring a fan), and the TV channel selection was limited.

The hotel is well located and the cost of the stay was good. The room had a nice view on the street and it is close to a supermarket that is open 24/7 and also to some restaurants. The lady at the reception during my last day was helpful and friendly (thanks to her).

Too much noise we can hear coming from the other rooms and from the common area, sometimes waking me up at the middle of the night (no sound proofing at all). The room was too cold and without any air conditionning or heating. There was no enough blankets to cover from the cold (even if I requested an additional blanket). The housekeeping was very inconsistant: sometime they provide 2 bottled water, sometime 1, sometimes they say they don't have. In the last days of my stay they stopped to provide bottled water at all (knowing we can't use the tap water even for teethbrushing). Sometimes they provide 1 towel sometimes 2 towels, also sometime small towels sometimes big ones. No slippers knowing the floor is cold. The only thing the houskeeper managed to do consistently was to leave an envelope to collect the tip!
