The hotel was next to a club, which made sleeping incredibly difficult as they played music until 4 am. The hotel did not answer the phone or texts. The bathroom had black mold.

The hotel is in a great area of town, very safe, near many bars, restaurants, and convenience stores for easy grub. Amazing room service, with even better customer service.

As soon as I checked into the room, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom and there was a cockroach in there as well. I explained this to the front desk who called the property manager, and I told them that I could not stay there. They both seemed understanding at the time, apologized and told me to cancel on Booking.com. I requested a refund and they repeated that I should initiate the process on Booking. I checked out immediately and requested a free cancellation on Booking. By the next morning, the free cancellation was denied by the hotel via Booking and I no longer had the option to cancel at all! I called Booking, who told me the hotel was responsible for charging the payment. Booking tried to contact the hotel, no one answered. I went back to the hotel myself to speak to the front desk, who told me that the manager was away for the weekend and would contact me on Monday, after I had already left the country. No one contacted me. They no longer respond to messages. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED.

Central location.

This property has the potential to bring a gem but it was been neglected by owners. We stayed 2 nites and the first nite (on a Thursday) music from an adjacent establishment was playing into 1:30 am so make sure you bring earplugs. The second nite it was quiet.The towels need replacing asap . They are more like old rags. Awful sewage smell coming from the bathroom and caulk replacement is needed in the glass shower door. It just looks nasty.!It’s really a shame as it has the potential to being a gem in Condesa. Monica the concierge was very nice and warm .

You get what you get for.There was a strong bad smell in the trip coming from the bathroom. The hotel mentioned we could go to another room but unclear if they were serious about it.

The room was quiet, the bed comfy, the AC unit kept things cool at night, and the blackout shades made sleep very easy. We wanted location, and that was what we got. The staff was friendly, and the place clean. Great place.

Very centric location and very clean

The bathroom was a little small and the location of furniture was a nuisance. Sometimes a very uncomfortable smell was felt while in the bathroom as well. Also, at the time of check out no one was there. I needed to contact the person through whatsapp for a receipt and they never sent me anything.

The hotel was in a very good location and at a good price. It also felt safe with main door locked. The staff was very kind, they offered to hold our bags since we arrived before our check-in time. The rooms were also very clean. The location had many restaurants and cafes nearby. Also, the location is safe and we walked to many nearby places.
