Pros +
- Very creative set-up! Loved the kitchenette, extremely clean & the staff was VERY helpful. The location was great! Right off the Paseo de la Reforma and nearly across the street from Chapultepec Park, it was central to many many tourist attractions...

- Lo atino
Cons -
- rooms, shower
- In general, I do not have complaints as I did know what to expect. Perhaps the TV is an area to improve. The remote control was not working at all and fortunately, I was not looking for TV in particular.
- all the building is really old. need to renovated

The location is pretty close to Chapultepec and Reforma avenue which is a quite recommendable option for price-location. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was pretty friendly.

the location is perfectstaffs are very good
all the building is really old. need to renovated
The library lobby and elevators use too much cleaning chemicals and always smelled nauseating.
The staff were very nice and helpful.
Not at all like the pictures posted. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Also the bed was hard which is a preference thing.
Reasonably good location, very contemporary design. Excellent vegetarian breakfast
Low ceilings in the apartment, kitchen facilities were basic but staff was very helpful
Great location and great rooms
Could not open the windows - didn’t have air conditioning
Centrally located clean
No a/c, i booked on booking.com but when i arrived they charged me over double if what booking stated. A bunch of scammers.
Location and friendliness of the staff
If the neighbors are chatty, you will hear them.
Location is good, convenient stores and restaurants are near by interior is good, excellent breakfast was given
Ceiling of the rooms are very low, kitchen facilities were basic
Amazing location, very friendly staff and a good value for the money.
Rooms need some remodeling.
Large room. Kitchenette. Good shower. Huge bed. Laundry. Closet space. Good value.
Directly above a busy intersection. Windows would not open. Smell of cleaning supplies and traffic.
Liked the layout of the room and ample space provided. Enjoyed its close proximity to the park as well.
Wasn’t as walkable of an area as Roma Norte. No fault on the hotel itself or the staff.
Great location, very spacious and meeting our requirements with a toddler to use the kitchenette. We were able to do laundry as well. The place was always well cleaned and rooms were made everyday. Location was perfect to visit the city, people were very nice and helpful.
The toilet was leaking a little bit in the night. I am sure they can get this repaired and it should be sorted. The restaurant is not very active, they don’t have a lot of customers and the one time we ordered breakfast, the cheese didn’t feel fresh. But the chef checked and said it was ok, we preferred to cancel the order, and they did the very best to compensate us by not charging us for that. The staff did their best to accommodate.Lastly they need to do something in the location online when using Uber. The location is not well listed and takes us a few 100m away from the actual hotel.
Lovely staff, many yummy breakfast options, location is great, great shower.
The AC was just above our heads and would leak when used which meant we couldn’t use it. The highway is noisy.
King size bed
Living room a/c was broken, the sofa was stained there was mold in the shower.
room was pretty big, good decoration, helpful stuff. Great location, steps from the anthropology museum, but you might need a taxi to other places.
Absolutely loved this hotel - the rooms were huge and exquisitely clean. I felt so at home here. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options were limited - they have a large menu but only a select few things were included when your stay is ‘breakfast included’.
