This was a one-night stay in Tuxtla Gutierrez en route to the Yucatan. We arrived at night and left in the morning. This did not provide much of a hotel experience. Still all went well with check-in, comfortable bed/clean room, easy check-out.

Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel.

helpful staff. We arrived really early after an overnight bus and the hotel was full. But we were able to check in as soon as the first guests left. Breakfast was good. Convenient location. There's laundry service next door. Short walk to Marimba park and main street.

The room is very small for 3 people. Window faces the corridor so there won't be any privacy if you leave the curtains open.

Front desk staff were very nice! Room was OK. Water in shower not hot.

Easy walking distance to the Marimba Park, where you can find live music and dancing Wed-Sun. Our room was small, but had everything we needed, including a shower with good water pressure and hot water. The staff were lovely and very accommodating.

My only complaint would be that our room was right next to the breakfast area, so it got a little noisy in the morning if you were trying to sleep in. But this actually helped us wake up on time, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

The couryard area for breakfast and the breakfast were great. The location was good.

The temperature control was not working properly. My room was uncomfortably hot. Another person in the group had a room that was very cold and she did not have enough blankets. When 4 of us arrived from the airport the desk attendant insisted there was no reservation for the couple but after half an hour realized it was reserved under the name of the wife rather than the husband, The bed was not that comfortable.

nice, clean, good breakfastwe booked a junior suite which was only 20 pesos more and itvwas good because it was big and far from breakfast arra noise...

garage was a bit far, and had weird hours but really it was no problem....

This hotel was clean and centrally-located with all the basic amenities including hot showers, good wifi, friendly staff and a nice common area inside in between the rooms. The breakfast was always delicious. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance and Parque Marimba is only a few blocks away (also lots of eateries there).

The parking garage is 1.5 blocks away and the storage space for maletas was a bit small (though our group had a lot to store and the cost for a room was fairly low, so I just rented a room to store all the bags for the time we were out on our trip).

The hotel is nice and comfortable. And the breakfast was excellent. Faustina was particularly kind and her food delicious.

Coffee was disappointing for being in chiapas where it's known for good Coffee. Can be a bit noisy in room when there are families with children staying.

Although the breakfast buffet offers three different hot options, we didn't like any of them so we went out to get breakfast.Most rooms are around the atrium and only have a window there, so not really outside. This was not a problem for us, we anyway keep the windows and curtains closed to keep out the heat. There are also rooms on the street side with real outside windows, but they're supposedly quite noisy.

Easy to park in front of the hotel

The sheets had several stains (yellow and transparent). We did not feel like walking by foot as the area feels quite desolate.

Got an old room and paid for another and were missing the toiletres(which we got after we asked). For the price I would have a better room.

Great location

The breakfast was horrible. Very little options and when asked if we could have eggs without ham, it was not possible and we could go to their restaurant and pay for it. That was the only thing to eat.
