The room was more than I expected. It's rated a two star hotel, but could easily be a three. The breakfast was very good, with several choices available. The location was 5 minutes away from the main street of the city. The AC (always important for me when the temperature gets over 100 degrees Fahrenheit) was super. The staff couldn't understand my truly awful Spanish but they were professional enough to help me, including with phone translation. They had a tour of the Canon Sumidero, (as well as other tours) which I booked right away. I had a good time there.

Not very good

There was a step in the room that is very high, I personally believe it needed a handrail. One of those things you have to remain aware of or you can hurt yourself. The staff was helpful expecially when booking a service to take me to the Tuxtla airport.

Ripe off

Room was too hot, air con took 1hr to work. No smart tv… hall smelt of a dead animal. We left and were not reimbursed.

We just stay there one night because we have a late flight from Mexico City and did not want to drive directly to San Cristobal de las casas. The location is ok even if Tuxtla is not really a touristic place. The place is like in the picture and the staff is quite nice.

They can update the description because they are not offering any airport transfer but we needed to take a taxi.

Great breakfast, comfy bed, extremely clean. Quiet hotel.

The hot water took time to come out, and the parking is not directly at the hotel but the hotel staff helped me get the car there and I felt safe.

The service, rooms, and breakfast were excellent. The people at the hotel were always willing to help. It's a good place to stay in the city centre of Tuxtla Gutierrez if you need to.

The breakfast was great and the staff at the front office and some of the waiters from the kitchen were really nice, also the guard Martin was very helpful and friendly.

One of the waiters from the kitchen was not very nice and did not explain the menu.

I loved the idea of the complimentary breakfast; the food was good too. It's definitely the best part about staying at this hotel. The location of the building was also convenient for the markets nearby.

Our room was quite small, and the walls did not block out the traffic noise. Not much else to complain about; it was a good enough stay.

Good located

So the hotel and room definitely do not look as modern as in the pictures. The hotel rules are also kind of crazy.Was feeling more in a vacation with my parents … Also no safe, no fridge, bathroom was also very small, no facilities and no hot water

The room was clean with a comfortable bed, great AC, and a good sized bathroom. The staff were helpful and were in communication with us about our late arrival. The breakfast was quite nice. This made it great value for money. The hotel also offers tours to nearby attractions, but in the end, we found it cheaper to do some activities from San Cristobol de las Casas.

Comfortable, clean and quiet room. Amazing staff, helpful in every aspect (tours, restaurants etc). Great breakfast included with stay. Good location if staying in Centro area.

Everything was great for us. No complaints, only praise. Exactly as advertised. Great place to stay in Centro for night we laid over to see Sumadero Canyon and on our way to San Cristobal. The tour company the provide was amazing also.

We spent one night, and it was good for that. The staff was very nice. The room is correct and we got the one in the corner so it was very quiet. Breakfast is basic but good.

Our bathroom had a bad smell. The hotel is a bit outdated but not so much to make you feel unease.

Friendly helpfull staff. Early check-in possible with a fee. Free parking close by. Good breakfast. Small hotel with charme.

Clean hotel, good location, comfortable beds

Strict rules (time slots for breakfast, check-in only between 14-15). The hotel was not able to provide take-away breakfast before 7 am.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good location, breakfast was a bonus, staff was very nice. Room size was ok.

In the bathroom, there is a hole in the little step in the shower. After taking shower, the whole bathroom was completely flooded, one has to stuff the hole with something and block the water from entering the rest of the bathroom.

A clean and comfortable hotel for a good price with a nice free breakfast. Good value for money.
