Clean, served its purpose.

Staff was cold and unfriendly, the entire laundry service was broken, the pool closes early, it's very far from the airport.

Very friendly and caring staff, from the full time security outside in the parking lot, to the restaurant workers inside, to the cleaning ladies... everything felt very classy and comfortable. Good WiFi, I work remotely and am always on video and I had no problem working the 4 days we were here.

I really do like staying here. The staff is friendly and ready to help if needed. Also, the location is great. There is a Bodega Aurrera across the street which is basically a mini-Walmart. There is an amazing cafe right next door with a great staff there too.

I don't really have anything bad to say about the hotel or the property.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Specifically I had some questions about other transportation, if there was a copy place close (yes, right down the sidewalk), and if I can get more towels for my room. I got a room right off the pool which was a really nice pool. The employees made sure that the guests at the pool closed up their activities at a decent hour. My room was comfortable and ample.This hotel is very well located as it is right across the street from Aurrera Bodega (owned by Walmart) and I went over there about three times because I kept forgetting to buy things while I was in the store. I also walked around the neighborhood to buy items for a carne asada that I was going to the next day. I found a tortillería and got a kilo of tortillas. I found a market where I got my beef carved by the vendor right there. And then in the market, I found my salsa, vegetables, and other things I needed.When I go back, I am definitely going to stay here again. The location could not have been more ideal for me. I was catching the bus to Cintalapa right across the street and then on the return, the bus stopped right in front of the hotel. The store across the street made getting my forgotten items a lot easier. And the overall experience in the hotel with the room, pool, and staff was very comfortable.

I suppose the only thing that could have been better was that the safe in my room didn't work. But I didn't let staff know to have them come fix it. I think it was probably in need of a battery. But again, I didn't say anything and I am sure they probably would have fixed it had I asked.

We had a room with double bed but it was a very small room and we are traveling with our dog. My spouse asked for a bigger room and they gave us a room much bigger very very nice and clean at no extra charge. Very nice stay at an extremely low cost. In a nice part of town.

A little loud at night with The coming and going but that's the guests lack of courtesy. The floors are tiles so every step is heard.

The facilities were clean and the decor was nice. All of the staff was friendly. The bed was really comfy and I liked that they had a “hard” pillow and a soft pillow.

The noise from the road was a bit loud in the morning. Although I did have a room facing the road/parking lot. My shower sort of leaked onto the rest of the bathroom floor, too.

It was very far from everything. I needed to go to the airport and they had no shuttle and it was 40 minutes away. It is not even in tuxtla, should not come up in listing. They called me a cab who asked for 50p more than the one I got on the street. They had horrible food and would not let me take a glass into my room. There was plastic single use everything, environmentally horrible. They gave me room at end of hall and view of truck, couldn't open window and there was a tapping noise that happened on the wall every hour or so. The continental breakfast is cold toast and frozen butter.

Location, friendly staff.Rooms are spacious and clean.Confortable beds.Fridge in room.

Had to change room because the was internet not working ,Pool needs maintenance ,Lounge chairs in the pool area are dirty.
