Hotel Palace Inn

The price wasn?t bad.

The room was very hot, the mattress is very old, the elevator doesn?t make sense.

We like the secure covered parking and the proximity to major grocery stores and businesses. The beds are comfortable and the shower has good water pressure and lots of hot water. The pool area is nice and the food and service in the dining room is good. There’s also a filtered water dispenser.

The internet isn’t reliable and the floor in the room was not washed. There was garbage underneath one of the beds too.

Beautiful Property located near Restaurants & stores. Rooms are Very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. About 40 minutes from Airport

From 11:20pm- 12:40am there were men yelling loud outside, screaming, laughing it was so loud. It sounded like they were down by the pool area and outside our room. It was such a disturbance to us who had to leave to airport early am. We put air conditioner on to drown out noise. AC is pretty loud.

Only the location and the hot water comes out immediately , the building is very dated needing urgent remodeling… the internet doesn’t work.

The cleanliness could be better, there are noises from ac and fridge and elsewhere..: the ac blows in your face, luckily the outside temperature was cool and opened the window

Location was good and staff helpful. It was cheap.

The common areas were dirty. The place is run down. It took a day for the air on to cool the room. There were mosquitoes in the room. The towels and bed linen were so old and worn out. There was heavy rain in the second day and water leaked into the room. There was a bright street lamp outside our room and the curtains were useless to hide the light at night. Quite a disaster really.

Room was like hide from the exterior isle in an inside corner, too warm when getting in the room, flying ants in the room.

Nice spacious hotel room with good AC and shower, large bed. We used the pool one evening and afternoon, it wasn't too busy and there are lights at night for a swim. There's a nice area near the pool for guests to relax and order food from the restaurant. There was a filtered water station to fill up our water bottles or make a hot tea which was nice. Parking was convenient, free and had a 24/hour security guard. Large Chedraui grocery store and mall across the road and decent restaurants around the corner. We drove to Sumidero Canyon from this hotel which was about 16 minutes drive.

The electricity turns off when you're not in the room, so you can't charge things when you go out, and the fridge shuts off. Great they are saving power, but a slight inconvenience.

All of things were excellent. Just a little detail. I requested one room for four people, so they gave US justo two soaps and two towels. We needed more of them.

Room had mold. And needs to be updated.

Some ants in the room. No window screens in the bathroom. Some insects got in

Service was good. The staff arranged a large vehicle to take us to the airport. (5 people with many suitcases)

The door lock system stopped working, but they fixed it the same day.

So... It was unclean, the beds are super uncomfortable, I didn't even dared to take a shower there

First of all when we just arrived we wanted to take a bath and there were no towels we tried to dial with the phone in the room and the phone did not work and we dialed from our cell phone more than 5 times and no one ever answered the call... we had to go to Reception and ask for towels and to fix the phone ..... they left us waiting until they felt like taking the towels and the phone was never fixed in the three nights we stayed! every time we occupied something we had to go to the reception .... the volume of the tv went up and down by itself, it didn't work either ... I wouldn't stay again I wouldn't recommend it either

The place has a great location and the conditions of the room are great

During breakfast the waiters were very rude. We asked for the menu in order to ask something complementary besides the continental breakfast, and they just evaded our table. We asked twice and waited for a long time and at the end, after more than 30min waiting for the menu, we decided to go.

Very family friendly, the pool was very nice and clean, the restaurant staff was the nicest.

Good location.

It’s in a perfect location nevertheless they give us a room that wasn’t clean at first, they change us to a new room and we enter I was changing my clothes and the staff doesn’t even knock the door and enter to the room.

We were happy with the Location, restaurant, rooms. We are just passing through and it worked for us.
