Great location. Very friendly staff.Vety spacious.

A bit cold after 8PM.

The shower was tiny with a broken door. There was stains and flaking paint on the ceiling above the shower. Had I known my room was across the street from loud music I would never have stayed here. Sorry, no hard feelings these are just the facts.Thank you

The location and the space was large and clean. All the amenties we needed including a washing machine, large sleeping/sitting area was perfect. There was a lot of grocery stores and restaurants within less than 5 minutes away which was super handy.

The bar with excess noise and music right outside our property on Friday and Saturday night was very loud until 1 am in the morning making it difficult to fall asleep. Also would be nice to have had a coffee machine to make coffee in the kitchen each morning.

Location

Bed was st least 30 years old. Hard as a rock. Very rusty, no amenities, torn textiles, not enough pillows, elevator didn't work.

The location is perfect walking distance to the square, shops, cafes and restaurants. It is right across the street from the port and the view is absolutely amazing.

No air in the bedroom and very noisey in the morning and late evenings.

Good position, close to the terrace area, Piazza Unità d'Italia and Grand Canal.

There is only public parking. Some places are free, others are paid between 8-20. It was quite difficult to find a parking place close to the location (even paid).The bathroom sink was clogged. A musty smell at the entrance to the building.

Great location and clean apartment. The entrance to building was ok but that has nothing to do with the apartment itself.

Parking was a nightmare!!!! All parking garages and public parking was full. We circled for more than an hour. Then end up parking on no parking zone got a ticket for 29 euros. I would stay at this place only if you don’t have a car.

Great room right in the heart of everything. We were on a bike tour and the host was able to accommodate our schedule and was available for a few questions. Loved our stay.

It was a little noisy on Saturday night, but not their fault.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door was impossible to open easily. It got stuck every time, and we had to get the help of one of the men of the family to open it. The single bed in the leaving space was very uncomfortable to sleep in. Finally, for the 5 of us, there was only one role of toilet paper....

Booking. Com reviewGreat location and great service. Right in the heart of a bustling area. Only 5 minutes walk from the cruise terminal. Walter was very friendly and helpful. We had a day trip to Venice planned and he was very accommodating. He checked us in and took our luggage at 8 in the morning . When we returned from Venice at 8 in the evening our luggage and my wheelchair were waiting in our room. He communicated the progress during the day so we had absolutely no concerns.

The only drawback was that we were tired from our day trip and there is a disco either in the building or very close by. The good news was that it fell silent at midnight.

Only location

Felt dirty, hostel feel, floors sagged and were noisy, showers had mould around it and around shower head… couches/chairs had stains on it… seriously we felt dirty staying there

Everything was as expected.

We were there for only one night and the next morning we had to leave early on. The problem was that next to us on the same street there was a bar that was blaring muzic until after midnight. We had problems sleeping. But that was only inconvenient because we were flying early in the morning

Central location. Right at the port for our cruise. Restaurants everywhere. Spacious apt with two bedrooms and kitchen, everything we needed. Allowed us to move up our arrival time when we got there earlier than expected.

It was lovely.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and communication was clear and efficient from the outset. We stayed in the three-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse apartment. The location is excellent: situated in the city centre and directly on the waterfront, with all necessary amenities just a few minutes' walk away.Parking is available across the street from the residence; we were fortunate to find a free space (the white-marked ones). There are several cafés directly in front of the building, most of which open early in the morning, making breakfast and coffee easily accessible.

There was a minor issue with the flush plate on one of the concealed cisterns: it was only loosely attached and detached completely when touched. However, the cistern itself functioned perfectly well without it, as the mechanism behind the plate (a simple lever) could still be used to flush.

Perfect location, clean, cozy and warm, great communication and attitude from the staff.
