Palazzo Talenti 1907

The rooms were lovely and I would definitely recommend Palazzo Talenti for anyone visiting Trieste. However, the electricity went out at 4 am, due I presume to sloppy work by electricians next door, and then the alarms came on, and everyone rushed out.

only the electricians, whom I presume were not the responsibility of the hotel owners. The owners were great.

Very clean and spacious with many amenities. Location is also good.

Ample space in a bright apartment, which my wife loved

The coffee maker didn't always work as expected with the pods. But it generally worked. And anyway there's plenty of coffee options in Trieste so this is a minor issue

The apartman was spacious and very clean! It gad everything we needed to enjoy our stay with our baby. It is excellent equipped evan for longer stays. The location is also amazing, everything is walking distance away.

Very nice apartment with easy access to the train station and bus routes. We also liked having an Aldi's close by for grocery shopping. Really good local restaurants nearby as well

The satellite TV instructions didn't seem to work

The room was clean and very spacious.

It's not a good look to read in the information brochure that one eventually has to buy one's own toilet paper and take your rubbish out to the street on leaving; and also to be told there is no cleaning but that then changes half-way through the stay. One is either in the hospitality business or one is not.

Centrally located to everything, transportation, shopping, Aldi grocery store and restaurants. Easy to navigate. Apt much bigger than we thought and kitchen amenities were very accommodating. Had a room with a view and we appreciated the location.

We had washing machine and dish washer but no detergent and washing pods.

Location, friendly staffs, kitchen facilities, convenient to unload/load the luggage upon arrival/departure with a car by the entrance of the building.

Bathroom was a little tight. Not much space to put personal items such as electric toothbrushes, saline/cleaning solutions for contact lenses, hair dryer, and etc., in the bathroom. Kitchen table was too small for 2 people while eating and using the computer due to there was no separate desk and chair for work. The chairs in the kitchen were very hard and uncomfortable to seat.

The hotel was clean and very close to the canal and all the restaurants.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, is centrally located and only a short walk to Trieste's attractions, central station and bus station.

It's a beautiful and well-located building. The apartment was modern and clean. The kitchen had what we needed for a short stay.

We were given instructions to register our passports and pay the city tax, but we didn't see anybody at the reception desk. We had to complete this part of the process when we were contacted after we had already left. The staff in charge was friendly and helpful, though.

Great location. Easy check in and parking nearby was nice. Some noise from street but not too bad. Apartment was very sterile but had everything you need for a quick stay.

Great location at the city centre in a former palazzo. There is an elevator. The apartment is small, but well-organized. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, separate bedroom. Very clean. Great for staying for a few days. There is a supermarket close by, too. If you arrive by car, they have a designated parking spot for you to unload your stuff, register, and get instructions how to get to the parking - just move the little pylon away.

The parking is a bit far, about 6-8 minutes walk.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the “apartment”; it made us wish we were staying more than just one night. Having a sitting room and a mini kitchen was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We had just come from an 11 day cruise and this place was perfect to relax in our own space. The staff was so helpful in explaining how to get to Castle Miramare, which we really enjoyed. Also, she gave us the name of a very good restaurant for our dinner that night. If you are either departing or arriving from a cruise docking in Trieste, Italy, this is your place for pre/post nights. In fact, we met some ladies who had spent the night here before going to the ship as we came to check in. Even if not for a cruise, it’s close to Croatia and all that country has to offer.
