Hotel Brioni

The room needs major renovation, water comes sparsely out of the shower. Wifi not in the room, only At the reception. No AC, which sucked, since it was extremem hot (but Ventilator).The room was facing a medium noisy street. There was only 1 power outlet

The radiator leaked and made noise all night dripping onto the floor, the door was loose and had clearly been forced many times, there were holes in the walls, patched up with terrible quality, bits repainted everywhere in different paints. Sticky traces on the bedside table. Very very bad.

Noisy radiator which later leaked after it was bled by maintenance. Cold room as no heat from the radiator. Noisy location with constant traffic and lack of double glazing, bathroom window with gaps. No sink plug. Bathroom utilities new but state of walls very poor and doors do not shut. Shower cubical looked dirty but shower was new. No reception all the time I was there. Only communication via WhatsApp.I left 2 days early but still no refund.

It has a Dirty Aspect …Door of the Shower in the bathroom could not even close …So you end up with a Pool of Water all over the bathroom by the end of the Shower .

The people are very friendly, it's very well-equipped and clean, it has everything, the price is very cheap for what it offers, and it's centrally located.

Communication i asked 4 times on email about organising taxi and or shuttle bus to port never got reply. No lift 4 people between 72 and 65. Reception on 1st floor we had to carry our 4 big suitcases and 4 small cases up 3 floors to the room. Room stank of onions very bad smell friends room bathroom very dirty. Our sheets had big stain on. Very bad marketing that it is not mentioned that the hotel is on 1st floor and has no lift 74 steps with cases we needed to carry . And room bad smell. Never will go back and we should receive refund.

The location was excellent

The windows are so bad !! You can hear an extremely busy road outside all night long. We got about 3 hrs sleep each night. We had to keep asking for toilet paper , the shower was not clean. The air conditioning which we were grateful for had a hose going out through the window

No elevator (wasn’t a huge problem for me, but keep in mind!)The room wasn’t properly cleaned when I got there, especially the shower looked questionable with trashes from the last client still there.The door was difficult to open, I suspect that it was broken. It still worked though

I liked only the location which was pretty close to the center

The experience was horrible. We couldn’t sleep because exactly in the midnight, they thaught it’s a good idea to clean the halls. They were cleaning for about an hour and a half… making a lot of noises, throwing and hitting things on the hall. The only reason I didn’t say anything was because my wife is pregnant and she was afraid of anything bad that could have happened. Stay away of this location!!! Also, in the room was an unbearable smell of cigarette smoke… More than that, we waited for 15 minutes when we arrived because no one answered the door bell… I started thinking that this hotel is a scam

I really dont understand bad reviews for this hotel. It has really good value for money. Location is perfect perfect perfect. Staff speak english. Smooth check in. Cozy room with balcony. It is not the newest hotel ever but it was waaay above my expectations.

Central location, we already stayed here once (last year) and we had a nice experience + last year they had breakfast included in the price.

This year: no breakfast, our room didn't have a functioning fan (which is essential for a hotel without the AC, but last time we had a fan which made our stay quite pleasant), the reception was informed about this when we came (15:45) and basically wasn't able to do anything for us... they said - they are fully booked and that's it basically. Additional fan was not available. So we didn't really sleep well since the temperature during the day was well above 40°C in the Sun, and everything was super hot including the buildings...

Nice apartment. Clean. Comfortable in the middle of center. Very good bads and good sleep. I recommend it.

The beds are comfortable,the terrace was nice.

The entry door of the apartment was really bad and complicated,very noisy,the bathroom was very bad.

The windows helped to reduce traffic external sounds. Very clean. Modern bathroom. Perfect location for those who opt to walk or use public transport. Top restaurants and cafes round the corner.

Please note there is no elevator.The rest was up to standard.

Location was near Viale XX

It was dingy, insanely hot and the shower was too small to turn around in. Everything was old and used. The “AC” was ineffective and loud as hell.

The staff was really nice, I liked them. It's really nice, that they have breakfast included. It's not special, but okay. My room was okay, nothing special. The mattress was nice. They let me in a bit earlier than the official check-in time, there was no problem with that.

It could have been more clean, because there was dust in the corners ect. An AC would have been good, but it's kind of okay this way as well. I was missing a whole body mirror. It needs some maintainence, because one time the shower handle was left in my hands (gladly I was able to put it back).

Location is close to the centre. Stay in cooler months.

Everything. I came here at the beginning of summer where the weather was incredibly warm. I was my fault I did not read that the location did not have AC. The room had an open window as ventilation on the top floor in 33 degrees. This would have been like sleeping in a sauna. I did not say here and left to stay in another hotel.
