Location

The front desk man on duty the morning of September 26, was very unfriendly and very unprofessional. I wanted to pay the city fee in cash and he was upset when he couldn¿t change a $20 bill for the $9.30 charge. Very rude .

The room met our expectations. The breakfast was outstanding, Each member of the staff, especially Mattias, was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room was extremely comfortable.

Nothing as stated abive.

The location was great, close to the central piazza. Breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, and the staff - friendly.

The elevator is located mid-stair flight. So you still have to lug your suitcases up and down a couple of flights.

Hotel room was nice, quiet and comfortable with good location

The breakfast was quite challenging. We skipped it on the second day. Had to stand in line for coffee. Very crowded and a bit expensive for what was offered. Exiting the parking garage was challenging.

Brand new rooms. Superb location. Extremely helpful staff!

Fully priced, like Italy in general.

Large room, with very high ceiling. Renovated recently, everything was new. Garage on site. Really great location, just a few minutes of walk from the center of Trieste. Breakfast was very good (Italian style - a lot of sweets, not much meat...).

The location of the hotel is fantastic — it’s right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. But what truly sets this hotel apart isn’t just the location, it’s the people. I’ve never encountered such dedicated and genuinely polite front desk staff. Ketty, Mattia, and Alberto went above and beyond — helping us find the best restaurants, making reservations, assisting with parking, and more. Thank you all so much!

This hotel was SO CLEAN. The breakfast was always delicious, and the staff were all so kind and helpful.

Everything was great! Very clean, cosy, with helpfull stuff. Location in a city centre! Parking (15 to 20 euros) available in front of the hotel or in the private garage nearby.

The bed was really uncomfortable, the cleaning staff wake us up three times.

I spent a ridiculous amount of money for a room with no AC, no hot water. They didn’t even give a complimentary bottle of water like mostHotels I have visited in Italy. Also, I had to pay 15 € for a breakfast that was not that great-only because I was in a different building. My friend who paid significantly less on her room got a free breakfast

Breakfast was nice, as well all all staff, expecially housekeeping staff.

First, we were given a room no.101. Dnt go there! It is a lowest level room, just above a flat roof, and it is looking at the wall which is 2-3 meters away. Very dark and depressing. We asked for another room and no.205 was very good for just 20 euros more per night.

The room is the perfect size, breakfast was ok, everything was clean.

Parking is not available on the premises, you just get a coupon for a discount at a public garage nearby, so we paid parking ticket 18,75€ per day.

Location is great, staff is friendly and room is spacious and clean.I especially liked good espresso in the room every morning.

Breakfast could be more various, especially for kids and people with lactose intolerance.It also takes some time to get warm water at the shower.

Excellent location in the very center of the city. Rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, breakfast is verygood.

The hotel states the possibility of parking in two parking garages with which they cooperate and which are close to the hotel. During our stay (New Year's Eve), both parking garages were full. The parking spaces in the nearby streets were full. We found the parking garage by ourselves via Google map, which was a 15-minute walk away. Although the hotel met our expectations in everything else, finding a parking space was frustrating.

The bed for two people was too small

It was situated in a very quiet part of Trieste but very central. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean and modern. There was a good choice of food for breakfast.

The hotel suited our needs and there was not anything we didn't like.

Breakfast food and service was wonderful. Front desk very accommodating, and helpful with restaurant recommendations and orientation to city.
