Room was clean , very basic , hotel owners controlled the room key , no lift for luggage , not suitable for wheelchair access , water in shower almost warm.. Staff very pleasant, helpful and relaxed, location worked for me as I needed a taxi ..

If I was not physically fit with light luggage .. getting luggage to your room above 1st floor would be work

good quality to price ratio, close to bus station (15 -17 min) and center. In general, quite fine for a night. You will rest anyway. Bathroom was clean

Noise from the street- even I had so called quite room- all streets are very noisy. Noise from air-conditionair from above or below- yes, you do hear this.

24hr check desk made it easy because our plans had changed and we only booked that day on short notice and arrived near midnight. Very clean room, excellent washroom/bathroom, comfortable temperature.

Single beds, but reasonable mattress. The sheets were a bit on the small side. A little expensive for what it was. Stairs and no elevator.

At night, the room was cold despite the air conditioning working in heating mode. The staff offered extra blankets, but it is worth being prepared for some discomfort related to the temperature.

Great place on great location. Very comfortable beds, has private bathroom, and lots of Italian tv channels. Location is great too. Close to bus and train station. So perfect for shorter or longer stay.

The central location and the neighborhood were appreciated, even if not fully enjoyed. The receptionist's friendliness was welcoming. Cleanliness is a highlight.

I had to climb 6 flights of stairs with a suitcase after running a marathon. I though that my booking on the APP was the reason for being sent upstairs, I felt as if I were not a first class guests. The seating space in the room was uncomfortable, extremely tight. The warm/hot water took 3 to 4 minutes to arrive, which pushed me to a tiny corner of the shower while rubbing soap on me. Parking was extremely hard and limiting. Traffic was very bad.

Staff were very kind about helping us store our bikes and letting us leave luggage after checkout. Location is pretty good.

I gave a lowish rating for value, but this was during the Barcolana when the town was very busy, maybe it is cheaper normally.

The location of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was helpful.

I do not get why we always have to leave our room key when we left the room for outings.

The location is excellent to go for a walk to the city. We arrived by car and there was a 24 hour parking near by to leave the car with 20€ per night. The building was very old but the room was clean. The room service was just like a hostel. Everything for our stay was waiting for us in a box.

The price. Don't get me wrong. It was the cheapest there but the prices in Trieste are very high. And if you go by car you should add the 20€ for the parking.

Noisy road, bad facilities, a lot of stairs, no teas, no coffee in the room, no decent table to eat in the room, uncomfortable beds. Car Park very far from Hotel.
