- The location, the staff, the beds, the soft sheets, modern bathroom, the quiet (mostly, until window had to be opened for cooling), the next day laundry service and the breakfast.
- Excellent staff, good proximity to subway station and to many sites and restaurants. The free sunday evening concert was terrific and a nice bonus.
- The bathroom in the room, and the location.
Cons -
- Unable to use the A/C to cool the room at night and had to open the window which brought in the noise and probably what got us sick immediately after leaving Vienna.
