It was a good location for a work course

Location, room, food and staff
The food was good but lacked verity. Very good breakfast though.Staff were very good especially the girl on reception most of the time we were there.
These are hopefully helpful comments not complaints. This is the first time we have had one of the rooms where we could take our dog which we were pleased with. There was no toilet roll holder and it looked like there never has been, but it did appear that the room had recently been decorated. When having a bath it was impossible to reach either soap dispenser.
Clean spacious room, welcoming staff
It is 20 minutes driving from stratford upon avon so for us we were there to see Shakespeare places was a little bit too far, but otherwise it is perfect!
The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. TV had free channels working. We had Breakfast for one day, consisted of usual English breakfast menu items and liked to quality. Coffee was served through a coffee machine which had several choices and of good quality. Although you have to dispense multiple times as quantity was very less on default setting. Bathroom and toilets were clean. The location was quiet and amongst nature, which we liked. Another plus is the abundance of car parking space, with some EV charge points too. Gym is basic but serves the purpose for a short stay. No disturbance and overall a good stay.
No hot water on our last day of stay, it ran out in the middle of my bath and then didn't return at all. Fortunately, we had two rooms booked so rest of the family members could use the other one. Complained to receptionist who mentioned that few rooms have been affected on hot water, no other explanation or any compensation offered. I didn't press on it further as overall our stay was good, but not having hot water on a cold morning definitely not to the basic standards of any hotel stay.
Close to family
I’d reserved a premier twin but got what seemed like a standard double
The breakfast and selection of food on offer was excellent. The location of the hotel was well located to visit Stratford and the surrounding towns.
I did not like the automatic hor drinks machine which is used at breakfast. It is so much nicer to have a good teapot of hot tea. I am also not a fan of buffet breakfast, I prefer to have it cooked and served fresh
Very spacious rooms, helpful desk staff, clean
Very welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent location with plenty of parking. Nicely laid out with relaxing bars. Local walks to enjoy..Good facilities. Warm, clean and cosy rooms.
Everything was good. The only thing that could be improved would be more light evening snacks and a greater variety of food choices. Otherwise all was good.
basic 3 star style accomodation, nice enough bar area, moderate food offering.
bar, food,
Very clean good location
Tv was very small and old in the room
It wasn’t a ‘big chain’ sort of hotel that looks like an office block! It looked like the original hotel had been added too but very sympathetically.
Nothing really apart from the handle on our toilet breaking this morning but that was unexpected and the receptionist was very grateful that we had reported it and said she would alert maintenance urgently.
Location to my family
Last time visited room had complimentary water and biscuits Not this time so either forgot to place in room or since Best Western bought out not doing any longer? Toilet roll was already 3/4 used.Shower seal on bath broken.
Disappointing and will definitely not...
Abysmal, we were unable to stay and are currently awaiting a refund which I requested on Saturday night and haven’t heard back about yet. The room was freezing cold and the one radiator in there did not work at all. When we opened the door it was like a blast of cold air from a fridge, I went straight to the window to check if they had been left open but they hadn’t, so they were just that draughty. Carpet was covered in stains, whole room was dated and run down with cracks on the wall, peeling paint, loose fixtures in the bathroom. When I went to reception they said they could send maintenance with a portable heater, no attempt to offer a change of room, spoke with the lady on reception and the manager and that was the best they could offer. I wasn’t going to stay in a cold room with a portable heater chugging away all night, having to move it to warm up the bedroom and the bathroom or just have a shower in the freezing cold, so had no choice but to drive home.
Ground floor room
Dirty carpet, run down decor, cracks in the ceiling, noisy, loud banging radiator, broken curtain rail. Restaurant was closed on out first night without any notice, very overpriced for what we got, more like a £50 a night room.
Parking, comfy bed, not overlooked, big room, good location for what I wanted
Too expensive in comparison to other guests. Room and bathroom very cold on arrival, big stain on carpet, it too helpful at reception, poor breakfast that was tepid, told reception about breakfast
Kings Court Shithole
Little external lighting on main road and then in car park, so potentially dangerous. Signage over the entrance poorly lit. The hotel was cold, especially the room and bathroom. Radiator and towel warmer didn't work and a replacement electric heater just about took the chill off after three or four hours. This was not just our room. Other guests all said the same.
The room was clean a nice size bed comfortable. The breakfast was good . The staff were pleasant
When we got to the hotel we were told we wouldn’t be able to eat at the hotel on either of the two nights we were staying there as they had Christmas parties going on . Luckily a short distance from the hotel was a nice pub which had friendly staff great food.
