The hotel's location and parking facilities were good and its bar served delicious snacks/late lunch. Sam on reception was especially helpful on check out day. Bar staff and breakfast staff were polite and friendly.

Breakfast was rather slow on the Thursday morning we were there but was speedy on the second morning so we assumed they were short of staff or too many customers arrived at the same time. When it came, however, the cooked breakfast options were delicious.Some of the furnishings and decor in the rooms and corridors looked a little tired.

Staff were wonderful. Shout outs to Sam and Matty especially who we're kind, helpful and gave us great recommendations

Beds were too soft. Cleaning staff didnt do a great job.

As a woman on my own, I didn’t like the walk across the bridge very late at night. It’s very dark and intimidating so I wouldn’t stay again which is a shame as it was pretty perfect in every other way

Pillows too hard; whole place a bit faded.

Room was lovely, large and very comfortable.

The heating in the bedroom was run off a blower/air condition unit which was quite noisy especially when trying to sleep but if it was not on the room went cold very quickly.Room service was difficult and should be a better/easier process.

The location was brilliant, just a short walk over the bridge into town. The staff were friendly. The room met our expectations.

Was only told about the additional charges for parking and our pet dog after I had booked - thought it was quite expensive.

Room was very comfortable.Excellant hot shower.Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning was automatically on so we had to get help from staff to find out how to switch it off. This was resolved as soon as we asked though and we know now what to do in the future.

No power point where the tea tray and hairdryer kept..

Great location in the centre of Stratford. Very convenient to explore on foot.

Hotel undergoing some works. Long walk from the Car Park to reception. Hotel was comfortable but starting to look a little tired.

Great location for theatre and town centre. Really nice selection of beer in the Bear bar. Good breakfast

Slow service in restaurant

Having the bear and bistro Pierre on site was really handy. The room was nice, the area to sit by reception was nice. It was close to town but not too close either - perfect walking distance. Staff were really lovely too. The lady on reception talked us through recommendations and was friendly. The bar staff were friendly too.

Our bin hadn’t been emptied and they were hairs in the shower and sink which was a shame as everything else about the hotel was fantastic.

Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Excellent location, nice bar on site.

Food at the Bistro was excellent. Room and hotel in general was very clean and comfortable, helpful freindly staff and a perfect location.

Bistro needed a clean between services.
