Nuthurst Grange Country House Hotel & Restaurant

Dinner was very good; breakfast was fine;Location was brilliant;

my room 19 on second floor not so good; no-one offered to take my bags up (I am over 70); no-one told me my room was on the second floor before I arrived. The bed was not particularly comfortable; bathroom mirror did not work, no bathmats, plus there is no spa, no sports facilities.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The food was excellent. A really nice night away with my wife.

Such a beautiful hotel and location. The rooms were exceptionally furnished and clean and the staff could not do enough to help. I will definitely be coming back!

Stay at hotel good value...

The Christmas meal that I paid extra for was very disappointing flavourless very small portion i addressed it with hotel who said she would pass the feedback to management would have preferred to had a meal at miller and carter located in the vicinity

The welcome was great really helpful and friendly staff. The wine recommendation was great and really nice.

Staff were splendid as were the meals.

The ubiquitous musac was tedious and inappropriate. I had it changed and all was fine but it was a shame that I had to point out that thumping music was unnecessary . Also as an observation someone should tell the kitchen staff that customers can hear their outbursts and that they should tone down ( content and volume!) their comments.

Horrible hotel. Design was very strange. Hotel is not far from the main roads which you can hear at night as the Windows are old. Get this, the hotel has no Duvets, just throws

beautiful interior design and spacious room and bathroom

noisy. you can hear the loud motorway from the breakfast hall even when all closed. What I found absolutely unacceptable is that for £310 per night fee they would not leave a small complimentary bottle of water to drink in the room. Not even a mini bar available. so after having a fee drinks in the bar, you ho to bed, and find yourself having to drink tab water from the bathroom in the middle of the night. Classy. never booking here again.

one room was a little cold for two of the guests. An extra blanket would have been nice for them.

We upgraded to the suite and paid the extra, if you can, do it! What a stunning stunning room and a wonderful giant balcony overlooking the fields.

Lovely room, appeared to have been recently refurbished.The staff were super friendly, and the reception staff were excellent when we needed to unexpectedly extend our stay

Food was terrible and embarrassing for your staff to serve. They refunded me my mains because it was so bad. Staff were great kitchen was awful.

Everything, staff friendliness, food quality, location, room with oodles of space, facilities and reasonable value for money. What's not to like?

Nice location located South-East of Birmingham, 45mins drive in and 10mins drive into Solihull.Impressed with grounds, the hotel itself and welcome by staff. Room was spacious, nicely furnished and a good size, bright bathroom. A popular function and wedding venue, but also proved to be a comfortable relaxed accommodation. Good cooked breakfast too.

Walking in was a closed curtain arched around the door so wasn't sure if I was in the right place. Receptionist looked snobby and down on us as we where not in our decent clothes because we had previously been on a hike just using the place as a stopover.Someone entered our room at 06:30 whilst we was sleeping Didn't tell us a wedding was on so no restaurant
