Pros +
- Really kind and helpful staff; room as expected for a 4*, though the views were really nice being on the 5th floor sea-side.
- The location is excellent, a short walk to the war memorial. The hotel had s parking garage. Most of all, the breakfast was located on top of the penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea and memorial. Excellent breakfast and very good service.
Cons -
- The food in the cafe on the lobby is not very good. Plain sandwiched, over salted soup. Frozen fish. Waited until 5 pm the second night until the room was refreshed. Fresh towels were not stocked. Hotel is short staffed and needs to have more maids.
