    Pros +

    • I loved the special touch of the prosecco on arrival. The only downside was we went for a swim and two children were screaming really loudly in the whirlpool for the whole time we were swimming, which meant we eventually got out, although I appreciate this is not the hotel’s fault and that there were no staff around for us to tell so they could have a word with the family. A lovely stay! Will come again as our daughter is at university in Nottingham ☺️

    Cons -

    • Screaming children in the whirlpool - but this was outside of the hotel’s control.
    • Limited car parking at £20 so not freeExtremely expensive food 2 burgers and a pizza with 2 drinks £80.
    • The room was quite small and the swimming pool water was very warm. Too warm to exercise swim. Lovely to sit around in. Not a big problem- just for my personal preference.

Location was great and the welcome glass of prosecco was a nice touch. Bed was so comfy!

The shower was very slow to drain almost flooding the bathroom. Had we been there for more than one evening I would of asked to swap rooms

An exceptionally good value for money experience for us when we stayed for one night in February. Staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and they were friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean, well stocked, warm and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentifull and of good quality. There seemed to be everything that you would want plus staff on hand to assist. Perfect location for exploring Nottingham. Thank you to the team at Hilton for making our stay a memorable one. We'll be back soon.

Unfortunately my experience with the reception staff tainted my whole visit.

The receptionist by the name of ‘Otgen’ was unbelievably rude. I never know some one working in hospitality to have such lack or empathy and be some ill equipped to deal with a straight forward request. She refused to print my invoice and even after booking.com rang her and confirmed my request, she remained argumentative and unhelpful. I would never stay here again if you paid me

Nice place to stay, in city centre. Very clean

Rooms small but ok for a short stay. We were in room 256, above us was walking constantly , floor boards creaking throughout the night and things being dropped , We complained early hours and noise stopped, but kept waking up around 5 times in night because off above our room. I did think it was a work room for staff above us, but not sure, I’m sure other guests have complained about it so shouldn’t have put any guests in that room. Mattress was really hard too.

The facilities and room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast also very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Only the location, as it was in the city center.

The swimming pool was cold, small and dirty. There was no mini fridge in the room. The hotel was old. The room was right at the end of the hallway have to walk like 5minutes, lift dint work had to take 3set of stairs to get the floor we was on. Request a change of towels; had to call 3 times and wait close to 2hours. They overcharge for even breakfast, there’s a MacDonald’s opposite, rather go there know what I will eat and fill my stomachs than that little breakfast buffet. Highly disappointed with this HILTON, I do not recommend staying in this one.

    The location

On arrival the toilet was dirty, clear that was used before our entry. The staff was rather unfriendly and unhelpful. As we booked a triple room the third bed was not made. Just a sofa bed placed in front of the TV. The remote control was defect and not replaced when asked. Overall a disappointing experience for the reputation of the name.

Convenient location, lovely comfortable rooms, facilities are excellent

    Pleasant

Room was very small, especially when paying for deluxe room. Overall felt overpriced for room facilities.

Property was brilliant and all the staff were great. The one older lady who was working breakfast shift can’t remember her name was amazing and always made us feel welcome. Shout out for her. Very clean hotel with a good vibe.

The general noice from outside but can’t be helped. No issues and now negative comments on my behalf as I can’t fault the weekend we have had.

The bed was comfy breakfast was lovely the staff were nice

The rooms had lots of marks all over the walls

The staff were great A*, especially Otis, he went over and above in our opinion. It was chucking it down with rain and he came out to help us unload my powerchair and luggage. He helped with it all up to the room, gave my husband helpful directions to the nearest car park as the hotel parking was full. I was soaked by the time we got up to the room, we had coats on he didn't! He was helpful later and wished us a good night, as we were going to a gig.The room was clean, well appointed & accessible as promised. Comfy bed, decent TV that you could work out how to use easily. Tasty breakfast and decent coffee. Ticked a lot of boxes for us.

No mirror over a shelf or surface to help with make up and sorting my hair. No shelf near the toilet for personal products. Heavy chair that were tricky for me to move.
