    Cons -

    • I could hear someone tv being played rather loud either above us or next to us quite late at night Kids running around the hallways
    • No gym onsite
    • Small selection of normal menu available usually midweek at the hotel on a weekend but plenty of other options close by or takeaways delivered to the lobby to eat in the bar area.

Great hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. The room had a bath and shower in which is a bonus. The Jubilee is situated on the University campus, with ample parking. We stayed for one night for a gig in Nottingham city centre. The Uber cost around £5 each way making it a hassle free stay over.

    Friendly helpful staff, clean environment

Back entrance needs to be locked or will need a security officer

Staff location and facilities wre good

Workman outside my room at 0730 laying carpet and shouting also went straight outside my back door and did exactly the same, disturbed out sleep especially with a long drive later in the day

Very clean and nice rooms. Great staff, location, and restaurant

The walls were VERY thin. I am not normally sensitive to thin walls but this was awful. I could hear everything outside my door because there was such a large gap between the floor and the door.

    8MeganPosted on: 2-3-2026

Staff where lovely rooms are nice and big, breakfast was tasty.

Cleanliness let the place down mainly in the rooms

    Dirty, tired, poor customer service....

Decor like a 1980s dorm roomToilet dirty Carpet dirty. Roadworks all round property. A 5 minute journey across campus took an hour. Explained this to staff and booked their other hotel the orchard which is excellent as are the staff. I complained and move out within an hour. No refund of any kind offered. Only lies saying I had not complained about any thing. Avoid at all costs if I were you.

Location was great. Short uber to town and the place was clean and everything we needed for our nights stay. Staff very friendly

The bed was uncomfy and the room was so hot. Breakfast was ok but a lot of stuff was cold when we got there at 9am.

Second time in one month.Kind and available staff. Not far from the center of Nottingham and car parking always available.Silent rooms.

This time the room wasn't as big as the previous time.Nothing else to comment on negatively.

    Comfortable rooms

The 2 men on the evening shift had to ring the manager for any queries. The bar closes at 22.30pm, refused two cans of minerals at 22.35pm.
