Poorly maintained. One elevator broken, room dark, furniture old, stains on sofa bed sheets, old stains on bath mat, overlooked a depressing car park and a hotel housing asylum seekers. Noisy at night. No hot water for an hour one night as boiler broke
Breakfast: compared with Premier Inn the breakfast was much poorer value. The cost was higher, The selection was poorer. The plates for the cooked breakfast were cold. The "hot" breakfast was merely warm. Too few staff. Slow toaster.
The room upgrade was not worth the money at all and the room is severely outdated. The lift system is appalling as only one lift works and you have to put your room key on the sensor several times before it actually works and goes to any level it wants to

The location

The hotel does not look clean, the carpets are disgusting, the lift looks like it hasn't seen a sponge in months.
