Staff were friendly and happy to make things clear. Sufficient bins were provided in bedroom and bathroom. Care was taken to maintain a pleasant environment.

Blankets/hot water bottle definitely needed in the winter to warm up. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable for a side sleeper (hard, could feel springs in certain positions). Toilet in same bathroom as communal shower (difficult for mornings).

The bathrooms were surprisingly modern and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly

there was an bit of a smell in the room, i think from the couch like it needed to be cleaned. The curtains also fell on me at one point but i fixed them

Location is close to city center. Anything you need is just a few minutes walk away.

For what was paid, I'd say everything was quite alright. Maybe have a security for overnight as the city center area gets a bit too rowdy on weekend nights.

The location is excellent, just a minute from the downtown square.The place was very clean, the bed was comfortable.The best was the staff. When I left, I forgot my wedding ring on the night table. I called, and they found it and sent it to me via post mail in a cute envelope really quickly. They were very kind people and they absolutely rock!

There was something wrong with the heater in our room. It looked like maybe the thermostat was off and it thought the room was hotter than it was. We tried to increase the temperature a bit, but it didn't work. Therefore, we were cold. We only stayed one night so it wasn't anything egregious, we still told the receptionist and they were gonna report it so someone would check it and fix it.Other than that, everything was lovely.

Location was great! Lots of public transportation close by. Short walk from train station. Very clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly. Price was great.

Great place. Friendly staff. Easy to work with in terms of check-in, check out, storing luggage after check out. Centrally located, everything I wanted to see was in walking distance as was the train station. My room was really cute with colorful paintings on the wall and colorful curtains and bedding. The ensuite bathroom was clean with towels and bath mat provided. Bed and pillows were comfy, and the place was super quiet. I had a great night's sleep: the best I had on my multi-city trip.

Room was a little cold. I usually only shower in the morning, but I showered at night as well just to warm up.

We stayed in the Yurt room with our own bathroom and toilet for 3 nights. The location was perfect for us. An 8 minute walk from Broadmarsh Bus Station, it's next to Poundland, with Sainsbury just opposite and M&S close by. For this price we really appreciated the value. Checking in and out was very easy with lovely staff. The toilet and bathroom were very clean and although they were away from the room, it didn't feel awkward as there was only another room on our floor. The temperature in the rooms was always pleasant. Free hot water, tea and coffee downstairs at the entrance and the main building had a nice lounge and kitchen area, but we didn't use that. Room was nice and quiet. We will be visiting again most definitely.

The Wifi didn't work for us and would have liked a mirror in the room. But otherwise everything was very nice.

Staff was very welcoming.

There were only two toilets for more than 32 people which is not something worth for 32 GBP. I recommend having 1 toilet for 6 people at least. This room is worth only for 10 to 15 GBP

Good size of the room, nice beds, convenient way to enter the building. Excellent location, friendly staff.

Way too pricey just for a single night, small bath towels, weird lock on the bedroom doors.

This time the wifi connection in the room where I was staying was quite weakPerhaps offer a lighter bedding option in the warmer months.. I would have then given 5 for comfort!

The kitchen is large enough to use, and there are plenty of pots, pans, plates, etc.

I stayed here last summer, and they gave out earplugs at that time. Earplugs are a must here, because people hang out just below the windows chatting till late. I was moved suddenly one day without any prior notice! Poor management!

Location is superb - right in the centre of Nottingham, 2 mins to the market square, 5 mins walk to Rock City.Staff were extremely friendly and helpful but unobtrusive- which is a plus for me.Rooms were basic but cheerful, everything you need but not luxurious. Bathroom was small but functional and water was piping hot.Price was exceptionally good.

Not much - bed / mattress suffered some ‘roll together’ but not a major problem.

Recommended for travellers for a short stay. I spent one night there, and everything was good. The location is central, the 6-bed dorm room was clean, as were the toilet and shower. A towel for the shower was provided upon request.

We love this little place, the location is perfect for us, staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but if all you need is a bed for the night. For the price, it's great!

The windows could use blinds as the light from outside is very bright and shines through.
