Cozy room, great shower pressure, welcoming staff

Staff were friendly and the facilities modern. Easy to find and a nice looking hotel. My bedroom was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.

The toilet seat in my room was dirty and the vegan options were limited on my first morning. However, after speaking to reception staff this was improved the next morning - but I had to ask for what I wanted.The gym is small

Breakfast is great. Not a big variety but good quality especially it has All Bran cereal which is very healthy choice and you would not find it in most of hotels in the UK. Room is very comfortable and staff are professional.

Clean, light airy

The both room door, opening in ,restricted access to the sink unless full closed . The finish of the shower and toilet area was good. Design fault if a large person tries to manoeuvre in there ii would be very very difficult.

Reception, building and room were very nice.

The AC system didn't make any sense to us. We decided to turn it off and we had a great night. Tried the AC it got very warm in the room very warm air or freezing cold air.

It was an amazing stay, i loved the hotel. I would definitely come back when I visit Nottingham again.

The lights are not dim enough and could use a bit more brightness. The tv could use a cast option.

Good location, great service and helpful staff

Bathroom counter was dusty and it's what caught my attention. There was a fluff under toilet as well.

Easy to find and was clean and tidy. Everything you’d expect when booking with a Hilton.The service received was excellent absolutely no complaints

Yes, I always booked this hotel as the location is useful. Just off the motorway coming from outside Leeds. it is excellent and looks amazing from outside well coming. easy to move around and the welcome of hot cookies always a big hit with customers. and colleagues are good talking point.

More understanding with stuff and parking Better communication with other authorities like booking.com et cetera pre-bookings

Rooms are small & location not the best

Booked here as needed to be at a family event and wanted parking. Hotel was really good and the room was excellent

Slightly cramped bathroom - but minor issue.

Room and bed were great.We did not have breakfast as we needed a very early start.

Quite a long walk to our room

The location and access to and from site was perfect. All the facilities including in particular thee gym were brilliant as it was clean and well balanced in equipment available.

Only a small niggle but I did notice some dirt and old ear buds on the floor from the previous occupier. Not the end of the world as easily put in the bin.

The location was convenient

My room was dark, the desk was broken as was the chair, the sofa bed had seen much better days, Mold on the grout and ceiling in the bathroom. Bar food very overpriced.

Lean and very friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows

Staff member Michael at Reception was very helpful. Bar good. Breakfast pretty good but see point below.

The breakfast juices were not replenished.
