The bed was very creaky and mattress was dipped

The cleaness of the whole hotel ,the staff very friendly and helpfull,breakfast great plenty of choices ,room size good ,great lication for walking into city centre

Only one complaint we had no coat hooks in room so wheb we got to the room with wet coats was unable to hang them up .

Receptionist was lovely and very welcoming during our stay.Breakfast was lovely and plentiful All the staff were friendly and very polite.

Everything was perfect for our weekend stay.Except the weather.

Obviously breakfast busy time is 9am. Things started to run out then but this is by no means a fault of the staff. It used to be free parking but now its paid. That does suck.

Easy stop over for a music gig

Very disappointed as booked a double standard room well in advance,checked in around 2.15 after checking in from 2pm,only to find they had given us a disabled access room,bathroom floor was very sunken and water was not hot either I have emailed to raise this disappointment but no reply.

Friendly staff, good lounge space and rooms were clean and spacious. Great breakfast.

Issies at checkout as the 'holding money' was not explained to me at check in leaving me confised, and embarrased in front of other guests. The womam who handled this however was graciois and feiendly and handled the complaont very well, however, this process should be explained better at checkin tp prevent issues. Pillows also very uncomfortable.

Had to pay for parking and got ripped off by machine for two days not one. Parking should have been free according to the booking reference.

All the staff very friendly. Service was excellent. Rooms comfy and clean

The only thing that could be improved is that you had to run the cold water tap over the sink for 5 minutes before it came warm. The shower was also not warm enough and couldn’t be altered

Breakfast was superb, lobby was large , comfortable and modern,

Bed was supposed to be a super king but was only a large double . Room was noisy ( right next to the lift)

Rather high on the price for the quality level of the hotel, even taking the supply and demand situation into consideration.

Comfy bed. Decent size room. Good business standard hotel.

The room was really cold. The problem was highlighted to staff but also not fully resolved. OK, it was a very cold night outside, but you expect something nice and cosy when you are indoors. Also, I had an email from the General Manager asking for feedback prior to submitting a review with a score under 7. I responded but didn't hear anything back, don't ask if your not going to do anything with the information.

Paying for parking

Seemed to be recently refurbished, so in great condition and very clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and food in the restaurant were both very good.

Water pressure in the showers was a bit weak. It would be helpful to have some coat hooks in the entrance to the room and a couple more towel hooks in the bathroom.
