The Orchard Hotel & Restaurant

Close to medical school and the location close to tram line into city centre. A few minutes walk . The charging points at the hotel is very helpful for those with EV cars and there are about 7

Great location within the university campus. The hotel was clean and has a fresh feel to it. The staff all seemed friendly and approachable.

Great location close to city and main roads, the setting on campus was lovely, great walks and nature. Lovely building and facilities and food and drink

Polite, friendly staff and a lovely hotel. Breakfast was great.

Parking was busy and location to town. ( that wasn't a big issue)

Comfort, really classy ambiance

EV chargers mine wouldn’t take payment

Comfortable bed and excellent food

The room was far too hot to sleep in and the aircon did not cool it down. We ended up with the window open. Other areas seemed to be particularly warm also.

I spent one night at the Orchard Hotel and was very impressed by the service, the cleanliness and the restaurant. I will definitely stay again!

Great staff, nice room, very clean and comfortable, decent bar.

Immaculate hotel conveniently located to visit my daughter. Friendly and professional staff. My room was spacious. Breakfast but plentiful and a variety of options available. Will definitely be staying again!

Nothing to improve on!

Very nice room with big TV Breakfast was very goodStaff were friendly and helpfulOn University Campus so location was excellent for our needs

A bath option in addition to just a shower would be another benefit for a four star hotel

Everything! Especially the many areas to relax and read, play games etc.

High quality and well laid out. Good size and plenty of space.

Parking was shared with the rest of campus so finding a parking space was difficult.

Clean and friendly staff

High price we paid round 140

Great room, all nice and clean. Good selection at breakfast.

The room is clean and staffs are friendly. The restaurant is exceptional in both customer service and food.

Booked on a whim as it was a busy weekend and not many hotels were available. Was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be staying here again when I am in the area. Staff were all so polite and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Didn’t go down to the restaurant but I did order to the room and everything was very good. Overall a good experience whether you’re in the area for work, attending an event or even just a weekend away this is a very good choice for all 3.

Not much to say. Just bit of noise pollution from outside and corridors, assuming rooms weren’t completely soundproof but it wasn’t unbearable.

It was my birthday and the bed was decorated with an array of sculptured towels and rose petals - Very touching and such a lovely thought.

Confortable, the facilities are pretty good and the restaurant has excellent food

Location is really far from anything else and staff was not helping to get a taxi.
