Wi-Fi was temperamental when I needed to use it

Room was very good, nice staff , they were friendly and professional , spacious hotel and everywhere was clean

Large potholes at entrance and in car park - breakfast was good but hot buffet was not available due to how quiet the hotel was

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room - very spacious, comfortable and clean. Public areas were a high standard

The hotel was acceptable for a one night stay.

There are several very large pot holes at the entry to and in the car park. Upon our arrival these are not coned off pending a repair. Some of the car park lights also are not working which raises the possibility of not seeing them potentially causing damage to a vehicle.Some of the EV chargers did not work and one had a broken charger cable support.Upon checking in reception had one staff member who was on the phone so had to wait to be checked in when another staff member arrived.Breakfast was good, but when we arrived for breakfast we waited in case we had to be seated but we're ignored until we asked if we just seat ourselves. We didn't get a 'good morning'.Upon checking out the receptionist was pleasant.

Easy for a pit stop while on the road for work. Clean, tidy friendly staff

The car park, the steps and the road into the hotel did not have any grit for the snow and ice whatsoever. Water pressure in shower very poor.

The room was very clean and warm when we arrived on a very cold day. The room was ready when we arrived and the cot was already there. Tea and biscuits in the room was a nice gesture.

The room meet our expectations.

Humming noise constantly throughout my stay i reported this to lady on front desk who couldn't be bothered to listen to what I was saying her response was it's Christmas only 2 and floor open all rooms have this noise it's the air conditioning didn't even offer a complimentary drink or appolgie

Staff at this hotel are fantastic- welcoming and friendly Nice comfortable bed, good shower and towels and great breakfast with lots to choose from Great localist off the motorway but not noisy at all

Disliked the layout of the bathroom - toilet too close to the shower screen Random packet of bisculeft on the bed - not necessary at all

arrived late - left early - a good functional hotel at a reasonable price - just collecting my child from Uni. Didn't have food. Staff friendly - hotel perfectly fit for my purpose.

because it was close to hotel services it was a bit warm. Was told I had been upgraded on arrival - but the room temperature was a bit high for good sleep - and air conditioning didn't resolve that. - key didn't work first time - so I had to go back to reception to have a key reprogrammed.

Location was good as our friends live in long Eaton.

Had a dirty duvet cover on arrival . Spoke to Mandy who apologised and arranged for it to be changed. Also gave us a free drink voucher for the bar which was a nice touch .

Friendly staff

Heating didn't work. Blew just cold air no matter what temp set. Weak shower. No plug socket next to the bed. No kettle...

Everything! Great location, particularly for the tram into Nottingham City Centre, and the M1. Really quiet. Really friendly helpful staff and a great breakfast. Loads of free parking. Got back gone midnight and the bar was still open and serving! Room really well appointed and comfortable. Second time I’ve stopped here & I will be back for sure whenever I need somewhere to stay in Nottingham.

The car park could be better lit, it’s very dark when you get back at night.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very modern inside. Don’t be put off by the outside! The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for what we paid for 3 rooms for 1 night. Would definitely use again.

On arrival the heating in our room was blowing cool air. We told reception and they immediately provided a portable heater which was warm enough for our needs.On the negative side the corridors to and from reception were not very warm at all

Not much lighting in the car park. No bottled water in the room and only two teabags.

Not much in particular - it just does things adequately.

Breakfast wasn’t great - the worst scrambled egg I’ve seen in a long time. The shower screen leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The basin plug didn’t work. There were quite a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor. There was a half-size bath - what’s the point?
