Position, the room in total and the general enviroment

The room was not so clean as I expected, there were some air on my bed and the quilt was full of stains (I advertised the host)

It was very clean with the toilet and shower especially so. The bed was very comfortable.

There was no broom or dustpan/brush. Any floor sweeping after cooking had to be done by hand.

The room was excellent with a good TV and cooking facilities.

The lift was not working so had to carry a heavy suitcase up to the second floor. Also on two separate days the external door code was not working and I had to ring the contact number in the freezing code from a foreign telephone (roaming charges) for a temporary door code. If you don’t know the area finding parking is difficult and expensive. Please keep the phone contact line accessible 24/7 as this is the only contact point……

5 minute walk to rock city, very clean No fuss access.The kitchette is a good addition.

The shower was a little disappointing,. Bathroom was quite a restricted space..

Location is perfect cause near to my son dormitory and easy to find halal restaurant

There is no lift..little bit difficult if we bring many stuff, our room was in the third floor

This is my second visit to Dwell City, and the first time was very pleasant. This time I requested to have a room in the ground floor like before because I have a bad knee, and I got a reply that it’s not possible because it’s full, and my room is in the second floor. However, they did not mention that the elevator is out of order. I would have changed the hotel all together had I known that the elevator is out of service. Going up and down the stairs was very difficult and it was very upsetting.If you stay for over seven days , you can request cleaning for an additional fee. So if you need anything like toilet paper or towels, request it early so the cleaning staff can bring it during working hours. Young people staying at the hotel are sitting on the floor or standing inside the entrance of the hotel drinking and eating, It was very annoying because we had to ask them to move their feet so we can get in or out of the hotel. The hotel should find a way to stop this.

I did not know there was a breakfast as it read " no meal plan associated". I very much appreciated the cleanness of the linen, and that the room was cleaned when I so requested. Also good is the location of the hotel in a secure environment, with shops and businesses offering basic necessities in its vicinity or at a walking distance.

The assigned room had no fresh air possibility, as the window was blocked. The Management should also list down the items in the room and their status for the guest's signature as acceptance of liability in case of damage. Otherwise, the unilateral subjection of the refund of the 150 £ deposit to " a careful inspection" ( by who? based on what? timeframe? ) leaving no say to the guest may suggest subjectiveness. Please kindly consider.

when i checked in the bathroom bin had used sanitary products in it - I notified and sent a picture immediately to Dwell - There was an initial £150 cleaning fee pending on my bank account - after my notification of the disgusting condition of the bathroom another pending amount of £150 was held on my bank account by Dwell - that's £300 I then had no access to from my bank account for 4 days. Jeff from Dwell eventually said I would get a £25 refund for the unsanitary condition of the room - I have not received this. But this morning I got a message via Booking.com saying I had stolen the bin from the bathroom and owed Dwell £25 - this is 'bull.... ' and they know it but this obfuscation of the facts seems to be there way of getting out of paying me the £25 ... watch out for this place !!!!!

Nightmare

Lift is out of order for 4 consecutive days. Poor for 2 old ladies at the age of 58 to carry luggage up and down 3 floors. Ventilation is poor. Air is hot and stuffy. Got a running nose after sleep

Good location as everything as described.

There was a stain on one of the duvet covers. Parking is 8 minute walk away.

It was immaculately clean and a good size with good facilities

Really good location, free parking round the corner, straight into town in minutes

The full rook smelt of drains.

The accommodation was very clean and everything seemed new/excellent condition. Ideal for a self catering stay and easy to access with key code. Very good value for money.

the front main door was open on arrival on to main street and would lock behind us (supposed to be key entry for guests only) so slightly worried from a security perspective but didn't encounter any issues as such. Parking was very limited at places suggested (we arrived Saturday evening so very busy in the area) it took us almost an hour to find.

I was expecting to see a foot mat in the bathroom, would suggest you put one there to prevent slip and fall while coming out of the bath due to the nature of the floor.
